Because : 1. the game itself is very simple to understand. There’s a car, and a track. That’s it, classic racing game. 2. Nice editing 3. Nice naration and explanation

Holy fuck seeing this in my recommended, what a game Trackmania nations was. I used to built tracks on trackmania exchange which servers picked up on back in like 2006 under the name of Racerspooky Gotta see if those tracks are still around. Genius video btw, very chill story telling documentary style'd showcase. Cheers

I have so many good memories of me playing trackmania with friends too. Either together on one pc, as a lan-party or online. I still remember how we spent so much time designing racetracks & then went on to try every stupid shit to break each others's record. It was the worst when you as the trackmaker lost your first place :D

the amazing thing for me is not that they managed to do it, but that a single post in a forum can lead up to a community trying to accomplish it for 12 years. This makes me incredibly happy and sad at the same time, because it remembers me of my hardcore gaming times

Listening to trackmania stories is like reading an old diary with an inspiring story or like an entire adventure movie where every player goes on a quest for the perfect run.

Just stumbled upon this video and gotta say this is exactly the type of stuff I find enjoyment in what a great video loved the commentary and Ori music at 11:00 really made it epic!

I love how I've never played trackmania but recognize but some of these player's names just from your great videos. Your storytelling keeps me coming back.

I absolutely love how the Ori and the Blind Forest soundtrack was mixed in, with the ending bit tucked on just as the last run finishes. Such a cool detail, that anyone who played the game will appreciate! Edit: It's also awesome to see the symbiotic relationship between regular TM players and TAS users. Better to share a common goal and help each other than be hostile.

I just started watching your content and i love the content! I have not really played TM Nations the last years. But watching your content i am playing TM Nations every day now. Keep up the good work!

The first time I saw this game was when I was in my brother in law's room, when I was a child. Now I have my own computer and decided to download TrackMania and give it a try. I then randomly got your videos recommended and watched some of them and I am absolutely fascinated by this game. TrackMania is a so simple game, the only thing you do is start a race and try to get the best record possible for yourself. But seeing how many players across the entire world play this game and especially specific maps like this for decades is absolutely mind blowing in my opinion. I am sure TrackMania does not have a very big audience of players but I love how active they are after 12 years now. It is like the game does not need any new players, because the community is such a strong one. :)

The only thing you can't cut here is Wirtual's epic storytelling

Thanks to all the players who indirectly collab with Wirtual by breaking maps and setting world records.

I don't even play the game. I did when I was in primary school so there is some nostalgia involved. I love the way you tell the story behind the records and also how you attempt challenges.
