TSC x She really is sort of a performer's performer...has been in my Gods/Goddesses category for more than 30 years. She is great on so many, many levels, and like Streep continues to come out with performances that blow my mind all over again. For some reason I would love to see her work with Martin Short in something, but I suspect it would be such mingling of brilliance that the universe would just explode.

I was lucky to meet Tracey in person during her career as a very gifted singer in the 80s. I dropped dead during our interview - she was incredibly funny and such a sweet, bright, charming, natural human being - I felt immediately: now that is a MULTI TALENTED LADY! Let's keep an eye (and ear) on her! The next interview was with an upcoming American singer: Madonna. And I felt immediately: now that is just a girl with nothing but sex appeal, little voice, big mouth, too much in love with herself and a total lack of humour! It is TRACEY who deserved both our hopes for a long-term musical and actors career... They are the same age group (like me) - and just compare the two: TRACEY is such a great and extremely funny, natural person and everyone in the audience is in love with her! And Modanna - plastic and still too much in love with herself with very limited artistic skills...

God, she makes me laugh - belly-achingly so. What an amazing sense of timing and her accents are just so spot-on. Wish she were seen more regularly on tv and movies.

You could tell Meryl Streep & Tracey Ullman are bestfriends :-) ! I admire Meryl but Tracey is one of a kind, she is the best, most talented comedienne. Tracey is humble yet very brilliant! I used to watch her comedy show in USA and would still look forward to it if the network dimwit didn't cut the series off.

Love this! Tracey and Meryl obviously stayed friends after Plenty in the 1980s and both have went on to continue their careers with awesome performances. Tracey's State Of The Union is incredibly well done. A real Tour de Force! Meryl...what else can be said? She's amazing! 2 great women Love Meryl's reaction to Tracey's comment regarding her age & the work on offer. Actresses over 45/50 have great talent on offer. Let them show it! Thank god for cable TV which has good parts for 40+ actresses
