@Anthony Farrish Yeah. Still love it. You definitely need an outboard overdrive or distortion with it though. I use a Darkglass Microtubes B3K. The only thing this pedal doesn't do well is drive, in my opinion. The rest is absolutely brilliant. Great recording tool too.

@@martymcfly8401 I didn't but I still want one! I also play a stepped down 5 string (Musicman Refex) with my covers band, so I would be curious could I lose my tuner and use the in-built one. I find many tuners don't cope with a half stepped low B (B flat). I found the Peterson Strobostomp HD tuner the best I've used so far for that string.

Late to the show, but as a newbie to longs for a good mix of function and simplicity and aesthetics, this pedals looks like a great option for me. That said, I'm still trying to figure out the whole preamp/amp thing and when and how to pair them with amps or "direct," etc. If anyone can help me understand this, I'd appreciate it! 1) Can the Transit B be run into a Trace Elliot Elf, or would that defeat the purpose of one or the other? 2) Along those same lines, if most of my time is spent playing "in the bedroom" through headphones or lower "bedroom" levels, is the Transit still a good option? I really love the all-in-one yet simple and minimalist nature of this thing. I'm looking to get a proper bass amp (again, just for personal, bedroom, non-gigging use) and I like the options available in this thing, afaict. Thanks!

This pedal sounds killer...hopefully I can negociate with my wife to get me one before the year ends. One question I had was regarding the unigain volume, how does this exactly work? This means, I can't raise the volume on my outputs (XLR, 1/4 unbalanced output)? Or how does it work? I am asking you this as at church, my DI preamp pedals - an Eden WTDI and a Hartke Bass Attack 2 (which would be replaced with this, hopefully) drive a dedicated powered speaker, which I currently have at the middle of the road in terms of input gain and output volume. The thing is...I wouldn't want to push it too much beyond what it currently is right now, as it could get distorted. But how could I know if the output is enough? Tricky question...but I would appreciate if you could clarify me on how the whole output volume works in this unit to see if it would be a proper tool for what I would neet it to be. Thanks a lot in advance for the answer.
