Toyota Venza Limited has One Problem or Pro's and Con's :All Specs & Test Drive

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

In this full #review I will explain all the specs of the #Toyota #Venza limited then take it for a test drive. The Venza was all-new for 2022, in 2023 received standard Toyota Safety Sense 2.5, wireless Apple CarPlay / Android Auto and a updated wireless phone charger but it still has quirks which will bring me to my pros and cons.

I owned a 2022 venza hybrid limited model year now i just hear the rumor will be disappear after 2024 replace by the crown signia i will disappointed why toyota canceled the venza for second time. And also please don't compare the venza to the cr-v because the venza more upscale than the cr-v you should compare the cr-v to the rav4 instead thanks for your video take care

The center armrest can be pulled to a forward postion by pressing a button underneath the front of it. So short people don't need to worry.

My concern with the Honda CRV Hybrid (unless they fixed it for 2024) is that the engine has GDI (gasoline direct injection) without port injection. This is not good. Port injection is needed to keep the intake valves from getting a carbon build up that costs money and time to correct (every so often). The Toyotas get both styles of injection. And I do like that some cars still have a spare tire. If they delete the spare tire I would still want the jack and tool.

In Canada, the top Limited version already included star-gazed panoramic glass roof. BTW, in case anyone care, Toyota Venza is called Toyota Harrier in Asia, considered as premium, and for US/Canada market, Toyota Venza is one of few limited models that is completely built in and imported fromJapan (Takaoka plant, Toyota city, Aichi prefecture, near Nagoya), the VIN number starts with “J”. I believe their last production for North America market will be spring 2024, before being replaced by Toyota Crown Signia (called Toyota Crown Estate in Japan) for 2025 while Toyota Harrier/Venza production for 2025 will continue for Japan and other few Asian markets. I personally love the top 2024 Limited because it has all features that Lexus has (for ultra luxury and above options in Lexus) without having to break wallet for Lexus price. In addition, I personally prefer less common or more rare models on the street than more common RAV4 Hybrid, Lexus NX 350h, or Lexus RX 350h. Another reason is Toyota Harrier/Venza still uses regular ⛽️ unlike Lexus.

I got a 2022 Venza LE. I would say 37mpg highway is accurate. But in the city you can get north of 50mpg if you’re a good Hybrid driver. ECO mode is more than adequate for daily use in the city. It can be a little slow at take off but it picks up the pace quick. Previously I had a Jeep Patriot. The Patriot isn’t a sporty vehicle but I drove it hard, cornered fast and did a lot of drifting around corners in the winter. On dry pavement the Venza handles better and feels more sporty. But understand it’s a hybrid. It’s not meant to go fast. You’re hurting your wallet above 70mph. Below 60 is ideal.

Toyota made a mistake with the 2016 Prius (so ugly). They're making the same mistake by replacing the Venza with the Subaru Forrester knock-off Crown Signia. So glad they still have Harriers in other markets.
