At the end, the gentleman says, "I feel safe." Thank you for articulating that. I had the same reaction several years ago when I switched all my car engines over Amsoil. Great Video. What model Toyota Rav4 is this ? My dad has 2008 RAV4 and Toyota - Australia recommends 10W-30 " Full Synthetic ". 0W-20 are mostly used in newer cars ( 2015 - Present ) in certain cars.

Hey Eben, I know you like stories about Amsoil. Here is another one from me. If you remember I was the guy who told you about my wife's 2008 Jeep Wrangler and the oil report that I got back on the Jeep. It had zero iron wear after an 8k oil change. So I changed the oil in my 2013 Fiat 500 which doesn't get driven often now because it is the 3rd vehicle now. The oil was a little over a year old and only had 3,769 miles on it. The Fiat has 144k miles on it. The oil report that the viscosity was a bit thin but other than that, there were zero issues. All the wear metals were the same as the previous oil change. I use 5w30 high miles oil. I also use the Amsoil MP metal protector like crazy and the Heavy-Duty metal protector. So for the first time, I used the HDMP underneath my wife's Jeep for winter protection against the salt and brine. It worked fantastic. The other comment I have with the MP is I use it on a lock for my gate and every winter except for the past 2 that lock would freeze up internally and I would have to put a little heat to the lock to open it. I have used WD40 and also the Royal Purple version of WD40, but the lock would still freeze. So I tried the MP 2 years ago on the lock at the beginning of Nov and 3 weeks later I used the HDMP on the lock. 2 winters and that lock did not freeze up once. Amsoil is just amazing stuff and has saved me time, money, and a headache or 2.

That's awesome thank you for sharing that with the channel yeah I was curious about how the dispersants drives out moisture with the MP metal protector and you have a perfect example that's one thing I always noticed when I lived in Pennsylvania I always had a lot of sticky locks and it's all that moisture and corrosion over time amazing when you keep the water away you can keep the minerals and corrosion away such an interesting paradigm and would be awesome to show a car from new after 10 years of being in Minnesota with mphd it would be really cool to show the rocker panels
