Toyota 4Runner & Oldtown 106pdl Kayak: Catch & Cook Adventure
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Join me today for a trout fishing adventure! I've always wanted to do a catch and cook adventure in my 3rd gen Toyota 4Runner. In this video I'm heading out to a beautiful lake in my Oldtown Sportsman 106pdl to hopefully catch some trout and cook them with a nice campfire. I really hope you enjoy watching this one, it was super fun to make and the Trout was delicious!!

Where did you get those lights up by your wipers? I've seen them on a bunch of 4runners and wanna put something like that on mine

You can get ditch light brackets from a few different places online like cbi, rci, etc.. and put whatever lights youd like.
Hey man, what tools do you bring with you? I often feel like I am over packing tools, like I bring everything in a 4' duffel that weighs 100lbs, but in reality what can you really fix other than a tire or CV.... Do you think I need to be bring whole kit and kaboodle? I have a 2000 4runner limited, same setup

I've really shrunk my kit, like you I was carrying too much. How far you're going out also comes into play. I have basic hand tools, socket set, common wrenches, couple pliers and screwdrivers. Just enough I could fight through some small jobs, but let's face it, with out a new part, what really are you gonna do. I tire puncture is probably the biggest threat we face.

@@Beacon_Offroad solid advice! I appreciate it!
Why does your 4Runner look dark red (maroon) color in this video.. but on another video of yours I just saw, it looks like a brighter red!? What color is it?

Hard to say, lighting? Different camera maybe? Not sure,.all looks relatively the same to me lol.

@@Beacon_Offroad - Well, it looks good regardless. I guess it must be camera or lighting. You have great videos.. always makes me want to buy a 4Runner and get out there.. lol. I’m looking at a few now, but can’t decide between the green, beige or red colors. You’re the only guy that has good videos on the red color.. so thanks!
@Beacon_Offroad

@@anthonygiordano3991 definitely go green or red.

@@Beacon_Offroad - No one ever likes the sandy beige color.. ha. But I agree.. the green and red look the best apart from black.
