Great review, thank you. I waited ages hoping to get the AT3 for our Prado but ended up getting the Maxxis RAZRs which I am very happy with. Done 10,000ks so far, great in the wet and makes the car feel a lot better.

Great tire review! For LT 10 ply tires would you say the Toyo AT3 or Falken Wildpeak AT3W have a stiffer sidewall? I recall one of your other videos you mentioned the wild peak having a rather stiff 2 ply sidewall compared to other 2 ply all terrains.

Great review. I've recently put AT2's on my 79 series. (I was tempted by the Wildpeaks but the load rating for my size was quite alot less than the Toyo's ie:117 to 121). I've noticed that the US Toyo site has R/T Trail tyres which appear to be half way between the AT's and the RT's. Have you heard if these are going to be sold here in Australia? They look like an excellent compromise.

I've actually got the toyo RT's on my ute ( 285/75R16 ). They get rotated every 5,000kms ( 6 tyre rotation ). Currently I've done 37,000kms on them with 5mm of tread depth left. I will struggle for 50,000kms out of these tyres. Whilst they are a good all round tyre for my usage. There lack of tread milage vs cost ratio is the disappointment.

@@Nigel__ I plan to possibly buy another set for my current truck. The nitto trail grappler m/t I have now arent quiet and the tread disappeared quickly in my opinion. Work well off road though. My truck spends most of its time on road which is why I'll probably go back to the toyo r/t.
