Yes we lost alot of the cast so far sad

There's actually a video game that explains how the toys are alive. Said game is KINGDOM HEARTS III, which is generally non-canon to the Disney movies its based on, but the Toy Story section was made with Pixar and they consider it canon. Essentially, in this world, a child's love causes a toy to manifest a heart of their own.

That makes sense, but, what about buzz 2 in toy story 2, zurg, stinky pete or gabby gabby? They all never actually got played with a kid I don’t think

It’s not the last movie- Toy Story 5 premieres June 19th, 2026. We also have to remember that there was a long time of (off screen) relationship building with Woody and Bo and Woody and Andy before Buzz was even a character. These films have always been split they followed Woody’s story and The Rest of the Groups Story. The first film his story was with Buzz. The second film, it wasn’t. Their story was trying to save him. His story was discovering his past. The third film again, Andy split them up at the beginning, and they are trapped in the Daycare while he tries to get them out. This film, his goal is to protect Forkie and he stumbles upon Bo, who changes everything. While everyone else is attempting to keep the parents in one place. These stories are amazing, but I don’t think they left anyone out.

I like how Woody is a ride or die toy to make a child happy. And honestly that's why I love his character so much. According to Google there's a toy story 5 that's supposed to be made. Disney will release Pixar's Toy Story 5 on June 19, 2026, the studio announced Friday. Disney CEO Bob Iger first announced Toy Story 5 in February 2023, with the sequel an attempt to return to form for the franchise after the disappointing performance of the 2022 spinoff, Lightyear, which voice starred Chris Evans. This is what I found from Google.

43:14 TIL that *both* of Fear's voice actors are in this movie. For those wondering, Bill Hader voiced Fear in the first _Inside Out,_ and he voiced the carny in this movie. Meanwhile, Tony Hale, the voice of Forky, went on to voice Fear in _Inside Out 2_ (since Hader, along with Disgust's VA Mindy Kaling, dropped out due to contract disputes).

35:50 let’s hope we get Toy Story 5 next 2 years.

It's not the best, but it's not a horrible movie. The third one hit better in the feels. The ending to this one belt forced, but i did enjoy this movie. And yes the combat Carl getting his high five from Duke was awesome😊

I personally love 4 better then 3 and I think both endings are amazing now 5 I hope does well

Technically Bo Peep is a lap. She's a glass China doll figurine. Though she's been played with as a toy by Andy, she's actually not a Toy, she was a figurine that was attached to lab along with her sheep. And all of the times I have ever seen Bo, she has a glass dress and hat that never came off before and was like glued onto her body and she was colored pink and now she's blue, and now she looks like she's wearing barbie's clothing which is changeable in this story. That's the only detail that bugged me. But I also felt Andy should have kept Woody but that's my opinion.

Woody is the same as he's always been so in that case he's always been a typical main character. The only difference is he's not as selfish and stubborn as he used to be, what you'd call character development Don't get how this movie could have missed you but, the only fault with the pacing is clearly they should have placed more time and emphasise of Woody growing apart

Oh Lightyear.... Let's just say it starts out promising. It's certainly worth a reaction vid for egregious reasons. I have faith Toy Story 5 will be the same caliber as the main series, however.

I actually quite like that he’s a miserable old man toy so desperate to keep Bonnie happy that it costs him is own happiness. It’s a cool arc realising that he can do good without being a kids toy. Buzz is the one who I’m not fond of in this film, they turned him into an idiot imo and he wouldn’t even try and help Woody get Forky back.

​@@lukefitton7329my excuse for buzz dumbiness is cause in toy story 3 they had to reset him when they switched him back maybe he had to learn some things again or maybe toy/ brain damage when the trash crushed him
