he means that there is a lot of highs and super lows (20 Hz and less) but almost no mids and no ringing.

Torture Room mate this is wanja groger, he has one of the best stamina and consistentsy I've seen on a drummer. There are videos of him on this channel of him playing blast beats at 270bpm for like 5 minutes. Angel of death would be a piece of cake for him.

Angel of Death is definetely on my list but since there are also a lot of other songs it may take a while! @Torture Room: If you want more constant blasting for more than just a few seconds check out Belphegor, Negator and Dark Funeral ;)

Carmine Fazzi the fact that everyone uses them doesn't mean that triggers are good. I think they give a bad sound to the bass drums and many other think so. Fenriz, just an example of extreme and influential metal drummer, just hates them. The bass drum should sound like a bass drum, not like a metronome.

No, it just looks a bit like that from this angle when I play really fast because my knees tend to wobble from side to side. But my heels only move up and down and the knee movement is basically just a bad habit that I am trying to get rid of.

Not sure why you're playing shoulder tip quarter notes in the verse grooves. Sounds a whole lot better sticking to all tip 8th notes.

In 1:36 you look uncomfortable. Using swivel or ankle motion you don't need to lay down on snare :)
