As someone who has been surfing for 51 years now, I have to say I am so impressed with Nathan, Kai, Koa, Eli, and on and on. They all seem like such irrepressibly positive, stoked, fun-loving, polite, talented guys, with none of the shitty attitude I've seen so much of over the decades. I've always been very proud to be a surfer, and you guys make me feel more so.

I'm 42, 6'4" and 135 kg, ive been surfing for 9 months (trying to lower that third number), 😂😂 so I haven't seen much in the way of aggressive territorial types out where I go way down south in Australia , but xyzct Ive been thinking the same thing. Such happy, appreciative of what they've got guys. Laughing in the face of intimidation. Respect. 🌊💙🤙🏼

40-50 years ago, this would have been called the biggest, mackingest, gnarliest, most radical day of surfing, anywhere ever. Now it's just another good day at Jaws. I'll tell you what, though: It is still damn near the biggest, mackingest, gnarliest, most radical day of surf I've ever seen. You young guys and gals are f*cking amazing. Much respect.

My favorite KZreadr now, by far. I was smiling my ass off, and then next thing I know... I was in a trance, with the music matched to house-devouring sized waves (again). I actually watched this on the crapper at work. Someone banged on the door and asked if I needed an ambulance. I had my earbuds in. I guess I was moaning and groaning, watching you get pitted, and they thought I was pushing one out sideways.

Was in Maui last Christmas surfed at Ho’oikipa , Kai was out , Good lad , actually all the locals were Real friendly great vibe all round the island.

Kai got the gem from the coast guard. The 25ft was one of the best boat they ever bought for us to use next to the 45ft RBMs. So bummed when they decommissioned these things and started selling them off. Just wouldn’t attempt to take it through some white water.

Been watching surf vlogs while putting kids to bed for years. I think this may have been the very best I've ever seen. Aside from the epic surf and flawless surfing edit, your completely unselfconscious way of being keeps the window into your life so clean and clear and only leaves us knowing with greater certainty what seems obvious--you're every bit as cool a person as you are an incredible surfer.
