I notice a lot of these Airbnb are going up all over Jamaica especially on the North Coast, but let me give you my honest take on something here. As gorgeous and as nice as this accommodation is, it is not practical for the average vacationer or even locals for that matter... Certainly NOT for USD$477 per night. I am a Jamaican living overseas that make a decent salary and do know the value of a dollar and I can tell you that this price is waaay out of bounds for the average person to spend for a 7 night stay (1 week). I can spend less than that on a 7 night Royal Caribbean cruise taking me to different islands with unlimited food prepared by 5 star chefs and a staff catering to my every need with all the amenities there is to offer including several swimming pool, water slides, bars etc. When you guys are pricing these vacation properties you are obviously catering to a specific clientele and specifically the ones that are rich/wealthy and have cash to burn. USD$ 3,339 for a 7 night stay is outrageous and it would seem that the owner(s) are trying to recoup the cost of building this house in a few months in one fell swoop. I can find nice beach front properties on the North Coast of Ocho Rios for 1/3 the cost of that place and in immaculate condition right now as we speak. Good luck, but I have no intention of mortgaging my kids future or mine on a few nights stay. As we would say in Jamaica "Afta mi nuh frighten" 😂😂

I agree. This is a nice property, they have gorgeous doors but.... well... 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️ I have to give props to the owners though because they keep getting bookings! Keep up the good work hosts!

Once in a while we love to treat our self!This place is price right and all the extra,I'm turning 60 next year and I'm seriously thinking on getting a few of my friend to come to Jamaica and celebrate 🥳 my day!This is worth every penny!The Lord will.😊🙏

This is one of the most beautifully and tastefully decorated AirBnB I've ever seen. The attention to detail is outstanding and thoughtful. This place will NEVER be unoccupied; that I know for sure.

People purchase these properties and either can't pay their mortgages or run out of funds and looking to make a fast buck off renters. We want value for our money. Jamaica Inn which is alot nicer is less expensive and has a restaurant.

As a millionairess I would not chose to stay here because its too far removed from nature both indoors and out. I prefer to stay in an a more natural area environment. Each to their own!

Beautiful place. Would live there. But monthly expenses for security may be too much for me. I have to definitely investigate. Love the Peacefulness that exudes.
