In Mandeville, you’ll see several of these homes. This is one is older, seeing the decor. But the home is absolutely breathtaking. If you take a drive in the areas near to the town you’ll be overwhelmed with these beauties. However take a long drive around Manchester and you’ll be surprised as the homes there are ubiquitous and unbelievably beautiful with modern appointments.

This house is a masterpiece from the exterior landscaping to the interior design and finishing, furniture and fixtures as well. Who was the builder? He did an amazing job!!!!!

Honestly it’s one of my favorite houses I have ever seen in Jamaica if not the most beautiful I have ever seen

If the police did leave my 3.8 mill USD weh them find the other day.... then I could buy this.

As a chef, that out side kitchen is to die for. Love every aspect of this beautiful home. Just leave me out side let me enjoy nature at it's best.

These ladies are absolute pros. I love the descriptions, the narrative and their eloquence. But WHY, in this stunning 3.5M mansion is there a random, ill-fitting stove in the kitchen?! Perhaps new appliances are on the way, but wow. But yes, this is a beautiful property in Mandeville. I love Jamaica!!

Extremely good presentation. It's got an old English stately home mixed with a French chateau and a Beverly Hills mansion vibe to it. A high end business would definitely suit this property and surrounding grounds.

The verandahs are beautiful with those massive columns and banisters. Not to mention the millwork throughout. I think the interior design could be updated in some parts but the overall architecture and landscape makes up for that by far. Overall a truly luxurious look and I know for sure how nicely refreshing that Mandeville breeze is.

Beautiful home, every room, every area of the home is a a statement, spectacular, I am amazed with such grandeur, the best I have seen in Ja., the landscape, the flowers, all these orchids is just breath taking!! The architect who designed this house I would like to know of this person, just grand!!

A house fit for a king! What a beautiful well appointed attention to detail home.

The outside of the property is absolutely beautiful. Inside, the first level is super nice, wasn’t so much of a big fan of the rooms and it’s decor but I think the buyer will add their touch to make it work. Lastly, the list price is a bit reaching.

This is an amazing property in a highly desirable location, and it continues to highlight the expansive bandwidth and diversity available in the Jamaican real estate market space. This could easily be the residence of diplomats or expats, perhaps even a rejuvenation centre for a corporate entity, or a high-end bed and breakfast. The possibilities are endless. With the planned completion of the highway from Kingston, connectivity and travel time will not be a challenge whatsoever. All in all, a great presentation and easily the best property featured on this channel, which says a lot.

The property is beautiful. I never knew this existed in Mandeville Ha! ha!

The ladies did a wonderful job showing the house . I wish I could have seen those fruit trees up close 😊 ( I live here in the U.S. in a place with very little to no greenery and absolutely no fruit trees ) This video highlights - once again , the many beautiful jewels in Jamaica.
