Hi Jakleen! 😊 This specific property is actually a model home built by the Toll Brothers and they do sell their model homes from time to time, so that's always an option. But they're actually a custom home builder, so just in case you'd like to make your home a bit more personalized or slightly different, you can also start from scratch with them and pick and chose specific details and finishes along the way. Hey Aquib! Unfortunately Toll Brothers doesn’t build homes in India, buttt I’m sure you can take design elements that the Toll Brothers use and implement it into a home built in India, that could be cool! Would you ever consider moving to the US or Los Angeles?

My brother, the base price essentially gets you the hike without any special details, no special sliding pocket doors, upgraded kitchen/bathroom finishes and no landscaping. What do you think, would you want to plan those out on your own, or have the Toll Brothers add the finishes in for you?
