I love everything about this place except for the pool equipment tanks right in front of the house. Usually those things are on the side of the house or tucked away somewhere in the backyard. I mean surely they could have found another area on the property to put those things. It's just a bit of an eyesore when you first come up to the house. But besides that it's awesome.

You have a very keen and trained eye my friend, your attention to detail is excellent 👌 your feedback is really appreciated 🙏 so I‘ve been informed that those are actually rain water collectors that are part of the new construction building code in California and thus need to be situated close to rain gutters. But yes personally I’d perhaps plant some shrubs or lush green hedging surrounding as an easy way to tuck them away if need be! gorgeous house but the rain water bins are so tacky. Also, cooktop in the island is a no for me. I can't believe they put it in the island. Very unusual.

Great house but swimming pool location is to awkward and disturbing its just like middle of the house it has to be some where else might in basketball court area yaa If the buyer have small kids he has to always cover the pool because of the kids House is just awesome the pool location is not good

The unit is wonderful but the tank in front of the house is Ugly!, I hope the owner will find the way to transfer it hidden or not visible.
