Ive seen countless videos of yours, but somehow I feel so soulfully connected to this one. This is not the most priciest, nor the biggest, nor the most extravagant, but the architecture, the attention to detail and the interior design really hits it right outside the park. It feels so big, but yet it feels cozy. Those artworks and those daft punk mice really brought out the features of the house. That zen tree near the staircase is beautiful, more home devs should do that often. The backyard and the pool is gorgeous, and the entire house is very inspiring. Mr. Nobel did a very good job.

This house is one of the few that is very spacious without a museum feel to it. It feels and looks like home. It's comfortable and it provides much privacy in the backyard. I love it! Everything is different about this house. 👍🏽👍🏽

Hello Enes. We love all your videos and we are such loyal followers. I am a nine-year-old Turkish boy living in Germany who happens to have been born in Los Angeles. If one day we move back to LA, I want my parents to buy a house from you. I am an ice hockey player so I really like houses with large gardens so that we can build our own ice hockey rink!

I thought the last house was my favorite, but this one takes the cake. This house has a young vibe to it. The sculptures you see around the house are called bear bricks and are a big item in the street wear, art, sneaker culture. This is definitely my favorite house now!

This house was really impressive! I really really loved the backyard and the guest house! I would have turned that into a art studio and would've planted a lot of flowers on that side

I hate the fireplace lol. 6,000lbs, expensive as hell and it doesn't even look good. I like the layout of buildings on the property but absolutely hate the interior design :( Not that I could ever afford it anyway!

Yes these big teddy bears are not really neccassary but the rest... omg im in love. But thats hot it is. Everyone has another taste and i also love the big fireplace. And you think someone who buys a 20 mil house thinks about the cost of the fireplace? haha thats funny

I fell in love with the chandeliers... They're shaped like Motorcycle Rings, it is also in the same design language with the motorcycle in this house. Amazing.

WOW! So impressed with this home - Luxury that feels warm and inviting. I love all the color and Zen garden by staircase is a wonderful feature. Beautiful surroundings and pool is perfection. At 20 mil. it seems like a steal.

This is probably the best house I've ever seen 😍 the coziness of it is off the chart. Like some other commenters have stated, it might not be the biggest or the most expensive one, has a great view etc but there's something about this house I just can't describe. Me, I like my privacy and I'm a sucker for dark colors.

I love this house, so beautiful and different. A wonderful house doesn't always have to be white or beige through and through. I love everything about this home. Kudos to the most talented developer. Enes is great at what he does, you guys is wonderful. And thank you, job well done.

This home is an architectural masterpiece. Max's passion for what he does is beyond anything I've ever seen. Exquisite design and adoration for incorporating nature, it's absolutely beautiful. Love your energy, Enes and Mikey, it shines brilliantly throughout this video ❤

This is what I call my dream house . This house had my heartbeat racing . the darker tones , the space , literally everything is soo good and especially the main house has a private opening. This is amazing.

It's just another house.

For me Enes, this is the most inviting house that I have ever seen in my life and most credit goes to interior design choices and lighting. And man I'm telling ya early morning sunrise and that big tree gonna give such good vibes.

The intro shots of this house made me shiver, it's breath taking. Thanks again for bringing this to us!

This is the first property I have seen on this channel that I think is worth the asking price. Simply stunning ! Great presentation of it.

This is definitely in the top 10 favorite homes I've seen you tour. It's so unique and artistic. The colour scheme gives the house an almost has a 1970's vibe even though the design and finishings are anything but. I can 100% picture a few celebrities having a mushroom party here. Only thing I'd add is that colorful custom couch from the Park City estate. Would go perfectly in this home.

Enes - one of the most beautiful and truly unique properties so far. One gets tired of the white box with sliding glass walls overlooking a baking smog, and the faux Mediterranean with walls only 6 inches thick. This is a totally incredible feast for the senses, yet it's rather cozy for being so huge. Gorgeous private lot with surrounding protective hills. Love it.

I’m usually more drawn to the log cabin/woodsy type homes, but this house definitely catches me. I like that it’s not too open and just seems like a ton of fun to live in 😊

The word that I would describe this house is "thoughtful". You can totally see that every design has a purpose and function behind them and not just for the aesthetics. The effort on thinking even the slightest details of the house is just amazing. Gotta appreciate the little like that cause they matter everyday when you're living there and that's how you understand the real comfort of living.

This house might be my favourite so far. The details were just amazing. Seeing the I beam roof details lit up at night made the interior look so different. Almost bright. Gorgeous property!

What can I say I am literally in love. A masterpiece made to entertain your favorites guests.

I've always been struggling to choose what course should I take in college but it's been a year since i started watching Enes and he really gave me a lot of motivation and inspiration to be a real estate agent, I learned a lot just by watching his videos and I was able to understand anything about structures. But I honestly want to be an architect and design a structure and I've always dreamed that Enes will be the one who will show and tour my creations 🤣

Loving the contemporary design and the attention to details and unique features. This was a great experience!!

I love when it has creativity instead of looking like a lab for test subjects. But I’d like to see more fun and adventure built into the house for active people, as well as classy feel.

Lovely. Interior and exterior are so well designed and matched. Much less of the most modern ugliness. This one has texture and curves even. Except for those creepy dolls things, rest of the interior is really well designed and furnished. The entry area and those chandeliers but most importantly that fire place. Living area is so well lit. The wood curve wall in the powder room is such a treat for the eyes. The movie area does not give any suffocating vibe at all. Furniture in the family area looks very comfortable and 'normal'. The video could have been sponsored by Samsung simply because of that TV wall. I was also not expecting that to be real marble, I really thought it was paneling or paper. The white line in the marble under the kitchen sink continues perfectly in the lower drawer. The Guest house is just as amazing. Awesome house in general. Good job by the developers and the videographers.

Max Noble and his team did a fantastic job. This home is beautiful.
