This is by far the most beautiful House I saw on this channel, i love that there isn`t all that marble gold and such stuff, wood, steel and concrete can be so elegant and way more cozy then many other materials

If I saved up for awhile, I could totally afford this houses electric bill for a month.

I have to say that this house is absolutely incredible. The level of detail is insane and to make a house of this size still feel like a place you would like to live in is quite the accomplishment. Usually these price points feel like galleries more than homes. Well done, Enes.

this has to be the first mansion i've ever seen where it's not just styled for the sake of style, it's actually architected to be completely functional in every square inch of space. My compliments to the architect, and any other designers / builders / home owner who gave input.

i agree, these kind of like modern LA homes are nice obviously though they're usually quite arbitrary or cliche even, but this one is very very tastefully done

Still one of my favorite tours ever.

My favorite aspect of this house is everything is done to the perfect scale. Often with these massive houses the rooms are way too big and usually feel like a waste of space. This house managed to merge a modern industrial aesthetic while still maintaining that homely feel.

I guess I am the minority here but I don't like this house. It is nice to look at but living there is the same as living in a hotel or in some public building. The interior design just lacks cosiness and intimacy. Not mentioning that many things in this house are incredibly overpriced. For example the 35 000$ glass piece.

The art piece on the pool is simply amazing in the way it disappears at a certain angle

i am quickly becoming a fan of your channel. great content. i must agree, this is also my favourite i have seen so far. my jaw was literally open during the whole tour. amazing. this is also the first property that feels 'cozey' and has that welcoming feeling to it. congrats to everyone who was involved in building this absolute beast of a property. how long do you guys get to film at each location/ just one day?

😲 I've seen my fair share of hundreds of hollywood hills mega manions... but this is one of my fave. It has a perfect view, just high enough to see everything from the Pacific Ocean to DTLA, but low enough to see and experience the city details. With the 90 degree view you can literally see all centers: S anta Monica to westwood to century city to west hollywood to Wilshire corridor and downtown LA. most of these mansions only have a one way view or they are soo high up everything is tiny. Not to mention all the automotive and exotic car themes 😯😍🤤. This is an ultra prime location! My favorite 👌

So how would it be for a family to live in something like an office building? Where will the children have their bicycles outside? How would it be for a family to live in a house with that acoustic? Your wife will not be afraid your children break their neck falling outside the terrace? Who will clean the windows from finger prints? Etc etc etc

Right when they went into the primary bedroom closet, I saw those hats and immediately thought of Raymond Reddington. It would make sense that RR would own it! Gorgeous home. One day I hope to get one built just like it. Goals for sure. The most beautifully designed home I've seen in a very long time. Concrete, Steel, Wood. Every touch is perfect.

This house is stunning and thanks to Enes for actually providing a tour where we get to see and learn about the details. As incredible as the house is the quality of your tours. They’re always good but I feel you’ve hit a new level with this tour. The b-roll, edits and the amazing choices of audio clips on this one make it. No one, and I mean no one, on KZread is providing tours of this standard. Congrats to you and the team!

Whomever designed this home, in terms of both architecture and interior design, are absolute geniuses. While not the most expensive home on this channel, it's by far my favorite. Just stunning- and while modern, still comfortable and feels like a home. What an absolute treat to see this. I have no words to properly describe how beautiful it is.

Yes, he/her used wood/ wood like flooring, roof, some walls, instead of what most modernen mansion use, moderne mansions mostly use just concert floors and concrete walls in different colors, it just to much grey and depressing and echo if you don’t have enough carpets and sofas.

Or did you just think he was the only person working there? It also says on his website that the firm works with other outside artists and craftspeople, so that large group of people that worked on this is what I was referring to. No need to be insulting.

Enes is such a great host! Impressively knowledgeable with each home tour, makes it fun, yet respects the property.. You can tell he takes the time to appreciate architecture, style, design themes & craftsmanship, which you don't get with other similar showcases. I love the fact that he actually interacts with the camera guy!! Its nice to hear the friendly chatting that seamlessly transitions back to focus on the property, as Mikey always has some interesting details & perspective to contribute - all while capturing amazing views of the environment! I like the special touch of sofas in the open on the bridge, so whenever it rains u can just buy new ones, no cleaning needed

This is the only cat that i watch when it comes to touring homes!! He really goes in depth, to the point you think you’re right by his side!

I've watched a ton of your tours and hands down this is my favourite home. It's absolutely stunning. Slightly out of my price range though...

A large and complete house with excellent architecture

I love the exterior, it looks like an art museum, it's very modern and sleek, I wouldn't disagree with you Enes if you say that this is your favourite home in LA. The architecture in this house is just sublime! I am loving it. When a video is this long, you know that there are so much details and so much to talk about, this house is a masterpiece, great job Enes!

What a lovely place just mind blowing. Wonderful just wonderful, every rich person should have a place. Some people have money but don't know how to enjoy it this certainly knows how to spend it.

This house seems like it would make a nice home unlike most of the glass and marble LA houses that feel more like a Apple store.

Yea it's clear that this home is someone's primary estate for actual living, not just some showoff/weekend piece to invite people over on occasion. Man actually put thought into long-term livability and mood.

@@__-gn5tb For a $54m house, i'm sure whoever buys it would be spending "pocket money" to fix these minor issues or even do small renovations to fit their style. Besides if someone lives here i'm sure they're not gonna analyse every square metre for faults. Also people with in this income bracket tend to buy a house that suits their lifestyle and design choices rather than property size alone, and this one is clearly designed for specific clientele.

I've watched most of the videos on your channel, and honestly was initially put off by this house because I usually don't like homes that are too modern. After seeing your recent snowy home tour in Vail on the other channel, you mentioned this house being your fave in LA, so finally, a year later (I've been watching for two years) I finally came back to watch. This home is incredible. I do feel it's a bit masculine but within that context, this house ticks just about every box I can think of. I'm also a huge racing enthusiast so this house is freaking chef's kiss. Incredible. Honestly if there were some additional plants in the home I think I'd be set for life.

Superb Home. Automatic glass doors and tucked away wooden doors, and the electric heaters outside, sun shades, lot of thinking went into the home design for sure from the home designer. Stunning view of the city as well right from the bed room while in the tranquility of the nature all around the home with well lit swimming pool as well. Definitely a 2024 home design quite modern and elegant with colored entrance and floating pivot largest wooden door for the garage as well. Art installations were grand as well, even though they weren't shown that much. ❤😊

This is a house Tony Stark would own.

Actually, there is a lot I would improve on his story. Not to say @Enes Yilmazer is doing a bad job, but I feel that HE feels that because of the sheer price and abundance of 'nice' he cannot stop using modifiers like 'awesome', 'beautiful' and so on WAY too often. Which a house like this, especially when you are taking the time, let the effect of the design, view and functionality speak for itself and don't try to put extra focus on it - it's really not needed. Instead, spend more time on actually and factually describing the piece or design without the aforementioned adjectives. If you subdue your vocal 'presence' just enough, you allow for more though process on the customer (or in this case, viewer)'s side to actually take in what you are showing them instead of being bombarded with emphasis on how nice it all is. I'm based in Europe so it might be too far away, but I'm able to provide coaching :-).
