Not bad, little unusual wood plank facade, a bit like colorado cabins. I would like to see concealed door hinges, it's very inexpensive and just looks more elegant without the hinge cylinders outside the door. Should be on any new build even below 1million. Nice indoor outdoor, good yard, cozy canyon views. Pretty high end. It will be interesting to see if they can sell a wood design at this price level. Not sure about the tan door color.
I do like this house a lot, love all the wood. I only have a few things I don't like. First why is there a tub in the man's bathroom. could have used the extra space to make his closet bigger since it is a little small for a house this price range. Though most of the bathrooms are very nice I personally don't know why anyone wants a bathroom like a dungeon, so dark and dreary. Overall, a real beautiful house.
One of the things I hate about homes at this price point.... master should be far from others accessing it or potentially gaining access to the office or master bedroom... so no half bathrooms or laundry close to it and no bedrooms... the master can have the Large Office next to it and both can have bathrooms within them... Also the master should have its own laundry separate from the other people stank and hairs.... when paying over 1 Million for a home that is not truly needed because you can get something very meek and be fine... these demands should be easily meet at the 1 million and up price point... LOL
You’ve gotta preview homes in high quality fashion. 2000x1080 pixels at least.
