@@andreisavtchenko My grandparents on both sides came from Scotland. I'm sorry to say my only knowlege of the Ukraine is limited to the name Oksana Baiul and newcasts of what's going on over there. Even though you have been here over 20 years, I bid you Welcome. I have always been fascinated with guided tour videos and sites showing wonderful houses and mansions. Seeing how the other half lives. You are living my dream job!! I'm an old man now and content with my lot. I hope things are going ok during this Covid struggle but it will get better. Both units are so similar and yet so different. Both are amazing. One is for an artist and the other one is for a powerful CEO living with her husband. Also, you are a giant.

The 5800sq ft loft on George St was nice but this first one speaks to my personal esthetic--and that carved ceiling fan just tops it of. I love the variety of textures and that fact that it seems way less "polished" than the one on George St. I wish I could move that place here to Italy.

That fan is a commercial fan and quite popular in the high end crowd. It's a - Monte Carlo : Maverick fan. It caught my eye as well.

Yes, practically free! On a serious note, West Loop in Chicago is priciest neighborhood but compared to the coasts, still great value.

Ceilings looked very low in the second unit.
