The Riverview Condo for sale by Lakeshore Dr at the river is better. Two stories, has 3 balconies on the main level and a large terrace on the 2nd level with great views of both the lake and the river, Navy Pier and so on. It's also $2M less.

Absolutely phenominal. I love the warm wood tones. The kitchen and master bathroom are dreams come true. The outdoor terraces are very unique, especially the one that runs across the whole front. With all those huge windows, is privacy a factor or is it a you can see out, but they can't see in type of setup. That foyer would be such an amazing thing to enter every evening. Whoever lives here will be inundated with guests. The bar alone would be a place everyone would want to be.

This is a big and beautiful Chicago Penthouse with high-quality furniture and equipment. I like the David Bowie with blue and brown eyes painting in the foyer. I also like the Jimmy Hendricks painting. I like the penthouse master bedroom, master bathroom, and master closets. I like the kitchen, dining room and living room. The city view from the balcony is amazing. Great real estate home tour by Andrei.

Yes, the giant grey-tone images of rock stars are highly off-putting and that’s putting it politely.

All these high in the sky terraces are scary. I couldn't go to the edge, the walls are too low. I'd take the beautiful home only if it had no outside space....too traumatic. I know lots of folks disagree too

Thank you for the tour of this spacious penthouse home. The warm texture hardwood flooring throughout this home is really warm. All of the rooms are very nice and spacious with beautiful views of the city. The wraparound terrace is really stunning and there is a golf putting area which is very very nice!!!!! The bar area and kitchen are very are very functional and stunning. The principle suite is spacious with that king size bed. And when you were walking threw the ensuite, it seems like it is the full lenght of a side to this penthouse. Again, thank you for showing this gorgeous penthouse.

@@migara_sen I am but not because she lives in a nice building/neighborhood…she’s just a really smart, genuine and sweet woman. By the way she doesn’t live in the penthouse and doesn’t need to because she’s in her 80s lol but she’s still pretty well off in a unit suitable for her needs.

I love that it's not ALL WHITE. Not "knock-you-over-then-blind-you-with-white" like a blizzard in a house or condo. I immediately took to this place because it has both light and dark spaces. Love it!!! It's masculine. I love it!

A nice location for cocktail parties and dinner parties if you are a business tycoon and must live in Chicago part of the year. The bar and the outdoor grill are suitable for a hired bartender and hired chef. Kitchen is large enough for caterers to use. However, the art work is too taste-specific. Cannot believe the TV is blocking the view in the living area. A custom credenza with a hidden TV that rises up by remote control would be much better. And what is with those birch tree stumps on the terraces? If you are rich enough to buy this penthouse, you are rich enough to hire a plant nursery to bring/rotate large potted plants for those planters during the warm months.

I wish you could talk about a garage or parking space for the potential buyer. Spending this much money a guess it will be worthwhile to give every single detail as far as this property is concerned. I like your style of presentation though 😊

Thanks! This is one of the most expensive condos in the city. The building was built in 2005 and designed by Lucien LaGrange. Chicago is more affordable than East and West Coasts!

10 million for a penthouse and a million people get shot and kill every hour in Chicago is crazy

Pros: Blue wall, that couch, nice chandeliers and many different kinds of them. Good size kitchen with backsplash storage and an amazing-looking pantry. Dining table and a Breakfast-ing table. Outdoor space on three sides. The Interior has multiple solid colours. Cons: Priced a little over $100 so a bit out of my range.
