We hiked to Grinnell Glacier and Iceberg Lake. Both were phenomenal.

We have a picture in front of that same sign. We went there several years ago. Beautiful area and we will probably make another trip out. Thanks for sharing and stay safe!! - Tom

Many thanks for sharing this. I really appreciate it. I think that I'll plan on taking my wife to Glacier for our 44th anniversary this year.

@ Michael. You are correct. COVID-19 has shutdown Many Glacier Hotel this season. However the Park and some other lodges are still open. The Red Bus tour is also closed this year. Here's the latest info. www.glaciernationalparklodges.com/lodging/many-glacier-hotel/

Nice video! I played piano for the show there in 1999! The basement is where the shows were when we did them, but the stage is gone now. Thanks for sharing.

This is interesting. Around 1993, I was hired by a hotel in Glacier for a summer job for which I needed to know how to sing. I never took the job but think about it often. It must've been for this show. Were there other hotels in Glacier that would have had shows at that time?

Superb, Enjoyable video in ALL respects! I've Visited there half a dozen times. Stayed there in a similar room once. For me your video was like being there all over again. Stirring up all the Happiness I feel when there. You covered the whole spectrum. MANY thanks. Obviously Smiling from ear to ear. Was like going there with friends :) A+

Sean, that would have been an awesome experience. It is too bad that is not offered anymore for guests. I know it was probably a lot of work for you and the other employees, but what an amazing experience for all.

Our family visited Glacier NP this past summer. We ate two dinners at the Many Glacier Hotel in the Ptmarigan room. Great views.

Hi! We watched this video prior to coming to Many Glacier (out of excitement) and today we checked in. Upon getting to our room, I said to my husband “this looks JUST like that video!” And lo and behold, we have the same room. Thanks for sharing!

You are the caretaker. You have ALWAYS been the caretaker. I should know, sir. I’ve always been here.

The beautiful curving staircase is a restoration project. The dining room was also restored. It had a drop ceiling for many years.

Many Glacier Hotel is my favorite hotel in the park. However, I am too cheap to stay at the Many Glacier Hotel so we usually stay at the Swiftcurrent cabins which are much cheaper.

Thought about Swiftcurrent on the next visit. Would love to rent a cabin with a kitchen and cook my own meals to save money. Does Swiftcurrent offer kitchens in the cabins?
