Tour of Belsize Park, London, NW3

A walking tour through Belsize Park NW3 in North West London.
Belsize comes from the French "Bel Assis" meaning beautifully situated - and many regions of Belsize Park are indeed quite beautiful, making this a fitting place name for this leafy northwestern suburb of London!
In this video we'll be seeing:
- Belsize Park station (Northern line)
- Haverstock Hill (including the area near Belsize Park underground station with all the high street shops like Thornton's Budgens, Revital, Cook, The Everyman Cinema, Daniel Adams, the Euphorium Bakery)
- Wac Arts centre (in the Old Town Hall)
- Belsize Avenue
- Belsize Terrace
- Belsize Village (including a quick sweeping glace at the Crescent Fruiterers, Roni's bagel shop and cafe, The Late Late Store, Belsize Village delicatessen, Holistic Hair and Beauty, the Village pharmacy & Artigiano)
- Belsize Park (the road) showing lots of pretty Belsize Park houses & gorgeous property in the area
- St Peter's Church
- Belsize Square
- Belsize Square Synagogue
- Lambolle Road
- Lancaster Drive
- Lancaster Grove
- The Old Belsize Fire Station
- Eton Avenue
- England's Lane (with shops like The Washington pub, Starbucks, Harvey Jones, The Black Truffle Delicatessen and Coffeehouse, Living in Space & Chamomile, ecora, Fern Skin Clinic, and the freshly white painted apartment building of Stanbury Court)
- Primrose Gardens
- Antrim Road
- Belsize Community Library
- Steele's village on Haverstock Hill (including the Sir Richard Steele Pub, The Load of Hay Tavern and the other shops in this section of Haverstock Hill)
- Parkhill Road
- St Dominic's Priory
- Our Lady of the Roasry and St Dominic Roman Catholic Church
- Garnett Road
- Isokon Buliding (and museum) on Lawn Road where Agatha Christie once lived in the 1930s and where visitors to its bar (the Isobar) included Henry Moore
- And back to Belsize Park Tube station

I love Belsize Park and hope to return there one day. I lived in this Beautiful, Charming area in the early 2000s. I used to walk down to Camden Market and shop for little treasures. It made me Really Happy. So pleased to see this video. The music is perfect. Looking forward to returning to this area one day. Blessings and Joy, Zandra :)

So beautiful. When I lived there, houses topped off at about 10K quid. But nobody I knew had two bob to rub together back in the early 70s.
