I think this city would be more beautiful if all the underconstruction buildings will be done. Maybe this would compete bgc and makati in terms of moderness and beautiful design. More on more philippines are doing great. Great job 👏. Watching from davao😊

I watched the whole thing entirely. I really enjoyed it, I go to manila almost single year but hard to visit all those places all at once. I spend my day at MOA but I did not get the chance to visit the OKADA Solaire or City of Dreams but I did visit it the previous years that I was there. Thank you for the great share.

I heard that Indonesia is becoming a manufacturing powerhouse. You’ve got large and smart warehouses and factories in industrial districts that we Filipinos could only dream of. Ang BGC kasi ay nasa tabi lang ng Makati, ang financial center of the Philippines. Ang Aseana/Entertainment city ay nasa Bay City na isang reclamation area. Project yan ni Imelda na sinimulang tambakan nung 1977, Martial Law, kaya walang nagreklamo. Hindi katulad ngayon na pinatigil mga reclamations dyan sa Manila Bay. Makikita mo na walang skycrapers dyan na tinatayo sa Bay City. Maybe for two reasons. One is, it is near the airport, where low flying airplanes can pass by. But the major reason I think is, because it is a reclaimed area. Natatakot magpatayo ang mga developers ng mga matataas na buildings. Nandyan sa Bay City ang Sofitel, SM Mall Of Asia, Okada resort casino. Isang pang dahilan marahil ay, hinintay pang mag-settle na maigi ang lupa dyan sa Bay City.

Fun fact: these malls are not built for tourists. They're mainly built for the locals looking to spend time with family eating and shopping in an air conditioned area.

the Philippines social / economy is like a few balloons. inside those balloons are the good roads, structures and buildings serving the few better offs. while outside of it are the vast majority living in slums, squatters. check the 2d google maps and contrast the areas of well off and the struggling. maluwg vs siksikan. makipot na mga kanto vs magaan na mga kalsada. ang native na mga pinoy busabos pa rin. mas madalas na mga dayuhan pa rin ang nag bebenefit.
