Parklinks and Bridgetowne is Rising
Parklinks A new estate that embodies connections, exchange and collaboration with an area of 35 hectares, Parklinks will be the biggest mixed-use development along the prime C5 corridor.
The newest estate is Ayala Land’s greenest urban development in Metro Manila, dedicated 40% of its land to open spaces.
Parklinks is a 35-hectare (86-acre) mixed-use development that straddles the Pasig-Quezon City.The riverfront development is the biggest. along the segment of C-5 Road north of the Pasig River and is planned to contain a 3-hectare (7.4-acre) central urban park, an esplanade, river terrace, riparian gardens and bike trails designed to make it one of the greenest urban estates in the Manila metropolitan area.
The iconic Parklinks bridge is a 110-metre (360 ft) long bridge is which connect these properties on both sides of the Marikina River.
Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) continues to make progress with the development of its Bridgetowne estate in between the cities of Quezon and Pasig, as it expects to open mall and office components of the master planned district later this year.
RLC is targeting to open the Opus mall, a premier upscale mall in the second half of the year.
The five-story mall features approximately 50,000 square meters of leasable space.
Connecting the cities of Quezon and Pasig, the 31-hectare Bridgetown estate is just a few minutes away from the Ortigas CBD, it has access to major thoroughfares including C-5, Ortigas Avenue Extension, and Amang Rodriguez Avenue.
Newest Landmark and tourist attractions are also finished the Bridge at bridgetowne and the 60-meter The Victor statue, a high public art installation set to be a landmark.
The Victor and the bridge are set to be launched by later this year.
A football field certified by the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) will be built in Bridgetowne east.

Yes, Parklinks, and Bridgetowne are expected for 80% development by 2034. One main disadvantage: it doesn't have a direct road connection I hope these 2 townships will collaborate together to create a direct road connection.

Oo pero yung gobyerno natin hindi sumasabay sa pag develop ng mga private companies.. Mga sidewalk at kalsada natin bulok..
Magaganda ang mga reports mo pero siguro mas maganda kung meron kang mga drones na maipapakita mo sa mga reports mo. Salamat.

pano mo na-compare ang parklinks at bridgetowne sa bgc? samantala kahit pagsamahin mo laking nun dalawa eh wala pa sa kalahati ng bgc. wag ganyan, wag mo gayahin ang istilo ng mga malalaking media na gumagawa lang ng kwento

I wish i consider ng bridgetowne at parklinks walkability ng design plan nila. Dyan panalong panalo BGC. Plus BGC walang hanging cables and wires

Not yet, Harrison plaza is expected for full redevelopment by 2030s. While by 2027, I expect the mall of Harrison plaza and some towers in phase 1 will be completed.

Not against the idea of supertalls in MM, but there are dozens of other priorities that we need to focus on first. I’d rather have Manila to have an identity similar to Singapore where yes there are iconic buildings but Singapore is more known for it’s livability and qualities unlike for example Dubai where the mess is hidden under the towering skyscrapers of the city. Simply, supertalls in MM is a nightmare to plan and maintain which would be costly

Naku po! Development nanaman dito sa Metro Manila! Napakasikip, sobrang trapik at sobrang dami ng tao dito. Andaming condo, wala naman nakakabili! Mga top 5% lang sa Pilipinas at mga foreigners ang may ari. Bakit hindi kayo magdevelop sa mga nearby provinces natin like around CALABARZON, Bulacan, and Rizal? Mga tagadyan, nagpupunta lang naman dito sa Manila para magtrabaho at manirahan pansamantala kaya lalong ang daming tao dito at napakatrapik!
