Agreed. Some of the decoration was dreadful. Even worse to think they probably paid big bucks to get that mismash of looks. Yikes!

My place is 1 million square feet, incredibly high ceilings, I have 100s of cars inside my home and free running water. I live in the streets

I gave you a 'thumbs up'because you seem like you tried.$50 Million,and we see a few terraces,and plants that need @$5k a Month to tend,and Not 1 bit of the house.For someone who's responsible for the roof system,we saw none.Fake grass covering the roofing does not give me confidence.They did well creating an oasis above the city though.

Maybe it’s my but I rather have a cabin in the woods upstate New York because I don’t care for cities.

2 million for the build. 48 million for the address and commission.

All that money and expensive square feet area used for that "garden?" It's crazy how monumentally significantly better that "garden" could be. One example they have an extremely ugly tree/stump growing out of the table. When they could have a beautiful Japanese maple bonsai in a beautiful pot that is custom made and merged with the table. Or a beautiful large fragrant wisteria bonsai. Boring white hydrangea and lots of them... Not one green house area so truly beautiful plants could be grown and enjoyed. I mean that first floor squared area outside could be a giant square green house sun room sitting area with tropical plants and a table to have breakfast everyday of the year while taking in the view. To waste any space on a vegi garden is absurd in this context. I would have easily have ever bearing strawberries or some other heavy yielding low growing fruit bush. No roses? I would have some compact David Austin roses in beautiful containers at least, far less being able to have trailing roses because of the two stories outside... List goes on and on. You are telling me someone was paid to design this and they are a gardener? And the people who own this enjoy the hobby to waste all this space on a "garden?" I just gave some million dollar ideas for free. I want a paycheck. And the inside is a grandma wagon.

This is not my favorite. She did a good job, and I think this is more of a family house.

So why tour it if you have family over. Maybe wait to leave to tour it.
