Agreed. It is very stiff with a strong back spring. My son, who is an electrician, is using it and likes it.

Knipex just product quality stuff 👌🏻

Thanks Sean!!! Do you think this format is working OK? It may be difficult to fit everything into this format. I can always do a longer video as well for more complex tools/equipment.

@@MB_EDC Hey Mark, I’m enjoying the format, I guess there maybe certain products/subjects that may warrant a slightly more in-depth video. I think, from a viewer’s perspective a short video grabs you attention and will be watched to it’s conclusion. I suppose the downside is, the viewer doesn’t get the opportunity to engage with your personality quite as much. I guess it’s finding the balance as to what works for you time wise. I think the best advice I could give is to just be yourself and do what makes you feel happy. Keep up the good work brother 😎👊🏻

Thanks Sean. Apologies - I missed your last reply. I like the longer videos - but for some products the 3 min format works well. It takes as long to make a 3 minute as a ten minute.... Crazy I know. I have an idea for a chat show too. I would love to chat to some of my favourite knife and EDC creators. Just got a few things to sort out and I should be up and running...

Thanks. It was wicked sharp, albeit a bit ugly. I gave it to my son who is an electrician. He kindly swapped me his Boker plus Atlas for it - so a result!!!

Now that’s an interesting knife. Not being an electrician, I’ve not heard much about them, lol. Could be useful for EDC. Yeah, Soligen knives are top notch. My father has a hunting knife from them that is probably 40 years old and still takes a keen edge easily.

I wanted to see if this had the usual Knipex quality. Which it did. My son is an electrician so I will give it to him. Thanks for taking the time to comment.

On function alone, it's a great knife. But yes, a bit ugly lol. Great video!

Thanks Randy. It's too big to be legal carry for me. So I've given it to my son to use at work. I'm hoping this format is popular. Although I like doing longer videos too and these 3 min videos actually take longer to edit!
