Chris does an awesome job of any song he performs. His "I was Wrong" or "Tennessee Whiskey" live at Austin City Limits, he is performing live, sounds awesome.

Chris Stapleton is a different breed of country music singer. Tennessee Whiskey, Sometimes I Cry ( at the Bing Lounge) are two great songs of his to check out

Agree! He is a different breed that defies being classified in a single genre. "I Was Wrong," live at Austin City Limits (there's a🔥guitar at the end the studio doesn't have) - displays vocals/guitar skills "Tennessee Whiskey," live at Austin City Limits, singing with his wife on harmony "Cold" "Death Row" "Fire Away," do the official music video on this one "Sometimes I Cry," live at Bing Lounge "Devil Always Made Me Think Twice" "Watch You Burn" - a message to the Vegas shooter I saw him in concert last week and was so hoping he'd play this live, but he didn't. We did get the beginning of Free Bird, though. Lol Go down this rabbit hole, you'll be happy!

Aside from the little melody changes and switch-ups he makes, he sounds exactly like he does in every live performance video you see, and Morgane was with him. I braved my most hated venue in the area, the one I only go to for VERY special artists, to go see him. One way in, one way out ... even paying for premium VIP parking it took us darn near 45 minutes to get out of the parking lot. TOTALLY worth it. Totally. :)

He did the National Anthem at the Super Bowl 2023. The most amazing performance ever. Anything he dies live.

My favorite song by Chris is "Cold" React to live version. I think CMA's. String section. Classy as hell

Chris transcends genres. He's truly insane.

All of his songs are great. “Tennessee Whiskey” is his most popular and one of the best. “What Are You Listening To” is also really good.

You absolutely need to listen to Death Row by Chris Stapleton, my favorite song of his and it's so damn soulful

My Two suggestions are "Whipping Post" and "Its a man's World", an old James Brown song. Actually you could throw two darts at a poster of all of Chris Stapleton's songs and any two you hit would be good, but those two are old rock and roll favorites that he does as well as could be.

Actually, my two favorites are “Whiskey and You”, and “Either Way”.

"Cold" and "Fire Away". However, "Outlaw State of Mind" has maybe the best arrangement of Guitar and Harmonica that has ever been recorded.

You need to check out Chris' "Tennessee Whiskey" LIVE that he does with his wife. He is one of the top demands for concerts this year in America. He's been pigeon holed in the country music genre but he is so much more than that. Check him out Dave. BTW, he does the backup vocals and the screaming at the end and the guitar solo. The Volbeat cover is very good. Nothing radical, the difference is in Micheal's vocals. Not unlike Corey Taylor's take on Holier than Thou

Great reaction. Chris Stapleton is in a league of his own. He is generally better live so pick his live performances over his studio versions whenever possible. I would recommend his live performances of “Sometimes I Cry” at the Binge Lounge, his Austin City Limits performance of "Tennessee Whiskey" and “I Was Wrong,” which showcases an awesome guitar solo, his impromptu cover of James Brown's “It's A Man's World,” his tribute performances to Prince and Aretha Franklin, any other live performance, as well as his music video "Fire Away." Be forewarned; the last one is a tear-jerker, no matter how tough you are. I would also highly recommend his performance of "Cold" at the 2021 CMA Awards. He didn't actually start out as a singer but limited himself to songwriting. He has written and co-written over 170 songs, among them six number-one country songs, earning him nine ASCAP Country awards, including the Vanguard Award. His songs have been recorded by some of music's biggest stars, including Adele, Brad Paisley, and Dierks Bentley. Excellent sir! Chris Stapleton is an American singer/songwriter/guitarist who plays country and blues. In my opinion the best version of this on the album, and one of the best songs in the Blacklist period. This is maybe just a bit more hardcore blues than is usual for him, he's got an excellent soft voice also. Try Tennessee Whiskey (the song, not necessarily the drink) and Sometimes I Cry. Also check out Hu's cover of Through the Never, also from the Blacklist. It's as good as this in a completely different way...needless to say fantastic reaction. Considering I just watched one of worst ones I've ever seen, it washed the bad taste out of my mouth. Thank you!

Chris just performed on the 2021 CMA’s with Jennifer Hudson… “You are My Sunshine” and it’s great, but my fave was his live performance on that same show of his song “Cold”… just CHILLINGLY good 🥶 If you’re gonna react to “Cold” do that one!
