This is like my parents' dogs with my mom, especially one of them. They both follow her everywhere in the house, and if my mom is late getting home, one waits by the front door and barks, as if that's going to make her come home faster.

I only have one cat but I hear his separation anxiety meow halfway down the block while he sits in the window when I leave.

Professional dog trainer here! NOW is the time to start getting your dog OK with being left alone. Make sure your dog has had plenty of physical exercise and mental stimulation, leave them with a chew project, food dispensing toy, or bigger treat, and go out for a VERY short absences at first, gradually increasing the length of time. These dogs are counting on us to prepare them for what is coming!

We had a cat that thought he was a dog. He would jump in front of our dog if a neighbor dog got too close to him and protect him. Funniest thing I've ever seen. A cat standing up to a Lab size mutt and boxing him and making him run.

Mine don't like to be alone either. One of them doesn't meow, but he will scratch at doors until we let him in. The other goes through the house going Mrrr-OWW? until he finds someone.

I have an EXTREMELY clingy and huge cat. He does not care that my legs are asleep or that I cannot type...he is just happy on the lap. I live in Minnesota, so I am also to blame for the terminal clinging because when it’s cold, I let him sleep in bed with me.

I had a job at a dog daycare. loved it. There was 75 dogs there. Folks would say "wow you must like dogs...What kind of dog do you have?" I would answer "1 I have 75 dogs". Every dog was my dog as soon it came through that door. So I agree never too many dogs!!!

Dogs are truly man's best friend. This is a fantastic video.

My daughter's cat follows her everywhere. She has to make sure he's in the house or he follows her to school .

My dog does exactly this. When I work out he will climb all over me. and he is a big dog to. He will also crash my school zooms. And my cat walks all over the key board, sometimes kicking me out of the zoom. Happy times.

My friends cat will freak out our teacher the cat will walk on the keyboard and write jthsjgekdvbd and hit enter and the teachers like are you ok what is going and then my friend says it was my cat

My cats are thrilled that I’m home so much and hang out in whatever room I’m in, helping ;) and coming over for purrs and cuddles ad lib - and it’s pretty great for me too 🥰

My 65 pound clingy lab was literally sitting on me, leaning his whole body against my head while I watched this video!

Why am I crying, and laughing, and bawling, and squeaking while I laugh?! Omg pets are feeling this too 🤣😭

I work online from home Tuesday and Wednesday and go to actual work on Monday, Thursday and Friday. The dogs know the days of the week.

Y'all. I don't cry. This made me bawl.

Dogs: "This has been the best year ever! Can we keep it going?" Cats: "Why are you humans STILL in my house?" As a teacher, I love it when the pets crash the Zoom. It breaks up what could be a monotonous day...week...month....year. Oh crap, it's been a year?

My clingy dog wont let me get up. He doesn't want me to be cold. He keeps throwing the blanket back on me.

The cats are gonna be thrilled that we are starting to leave the house again , but our dogs are gonna be devastated...... another strong performance by Penn

Our cat played fetch, slept on our suitcases while we were packing, and always got clingy when he could sense we were leaving soon.

When my mom was doing work, my old dog used to always put his paw on the delete button and delete whatever she was doing. My mom didn’t find it funny, but I 100% did!

This is proof that dogs can be cats, never wanting to leave the house. And our dog is an outdoor dog because we live in the country, and she likes to follow us everywhere, but she also just loves to run. 😂

My cats and dog have been fighting for my attention all year! The cats have always been the clingy ones and the dogs more independent but this year, they're all just clingy. This is the best video ever!

This is SO my dog and I've always worked from home. Since the groceries started doing pick-up, I started to use the service and took the dog with me. Restaurants were off limits except those with open patios. In recent months, the dog has day in my lap while I've met my daughter for a weekly coffee or meal. In one year, the dough had gone to more restaurants than I had in the previous several years. I recently left her alone for 2 hours and when I returned, she was almost completely hoarse, making me think that she had been barking for the entire 2 hours I was gone. So much for my stories. Obviously a picture is worth 1000 words. I should've sent one instead. Thanks for a very sweet montage.

I can totally relate with my dog! Every time I get home he licks my face like it’s covered in food and my parents have stop him, he steals my spot on the bed when I go to the bathroom, he barks at trucks like they’re gonna attack him, he steals my dad’s shoes when I get home, he hates when we’re in different rooms and when I pet him he won’t let me stop. And of course the puppy eyes happen every day basically!

Well, I LOVE THIS!!! We have seven dogs...one mini schnauzer, and a family of 6 Chihuahuas:) Well done!!! Bravo!!!!! Bright eyes is a song that played on the radio when we were kids, got us thru sole hard times...and here y'all are, keeping that going with a new twist, getting us thru some hard times. Genius 💜 I hope y'all are as amazing behind closed doors as in front of the camera, makes my heart happy!

My dog has insisted this go in her favorites folder to watch over and over. She watches KZread videos with me as does the German Shepherd and she watches TV and movies with me as does the German Shepherd. The other two they don't care about anything anymore they're retired. The reason dogs follow you in the bathroom is because they form a circle or a barrier and it's usually with their backs to you because you're part of their pack and in the wild that's how they protect one of them when they're going to the bathroom. So cute huge dogs and two smaller dogs and a small bathroom oh how I love them. I'm being sarcastic but then again they're retired service dogs except for one who's the new one.

I'm a very recent dog parent. I love this dog more than anything and love playing with him and yet wish he could chill out in his crate and let me do some work.

You guys have kept me sane during this pandemic, this video is the best ever. We have 3 beautiful English Setters who are all total lap dogs.

I've been in and around dogs all my life up until about five years ago when I was involved in a California wildfire, got diagnosed with PTSD , and have had to move around the country to find a place to reboot. Now that I've found that place, I'm ready to start looking for a rescue to adopt. And this video reaffirms my dedication to becoming a dog momma again. Thank you and thank y'all for reminding me why dogs are the BEST 🤩

Chloe was wise, in her puppyhood. Kept doing stuff and it was easier to turn it into a task than get her to just stop. The fact that she had to have a disabled human to start with I have not managed to explain. Nor have I managed “you see, you’re 12 and I can’t ask you to do a couple tasks so eventually you will be at home after I finally leave this place” (in a year outside of dog walks I have gone to 2 doctor appointments, gotten bloodwork once and taken her to the vet twice, because disabled...)

Loved the song lyrics and Penn rocks that song! Oh my word, my heart! I was smiling through the whole video! This is why I love pets! Now, we have to figure out a way to give back as life moves forward.

My dog is a Velcro dog. I left her for a hospital appointment recently and could hear her barking from down the street when I returned, entering my home to a scene of destruction. I really feel for all the doggo's having to watch their humans leave them.
