@@uncramaonly in certain parts of the world, it doesn’t.. where I am in Canada there’s going to be a total solar eclipse and the moon goes in front of the sun 😊

It's August 2045 when the next total solar eclipse happens, and I won't have to travel anywhere to see it, thank goodness.

This isn't what totality actually looks like in person. Nobody can capture the beauty of the shimmering corona on film. It shines like an actual piece of silver mirror while vivid colors are pulsating around the black hole in the sky ⚫ during a surrounding sunset. The beauty is overwhelming to the senses ✨

SAME I BARELY HAVE TO MOVE SINCE IM IN ARKANSAS AND I HAVE A 2 HOURS TO GET INTO THE PATH
One of these days there will be a VR simulation that accurately depicts a total solar eclipse; at least from a visual standpoint. But as it stands now you must see it with your own eyes to experience it. Pictures and video don't cut it.
Where could we get the eclipse glasses?

Rare. Nobody else is talking about this. Love it. I had the telescope out last night. Comet 12P/Pons-Brooks is not bright enough to see naked-eye. It is a fuzzy ball in a 10:00 pm sky using 8-inch telescope. The brighter planets and stars will be visible, so take off the eclipse glasses. As always, use extreme care with telescope and binoculars in the sunshine, and never look directly at the sun for more than a glimpse.
I'll Be Drilling for the Total solar Eclipse 🤫🤠 And then when the lights go out I'll still be Drilling .soooooo Drill Baby Drill 💪

On 04/08/0004, exactly 2020 years ago, a solar eclipse occurred in the Roman Empire when Herod died and the baby Jesus was able to return from Egypt with his parents. Venus shine like a sackcloth of hair
I only seen luner eclipse.
