Hey thanks! I’m just grateful to be able to share what I’ve learned.
Attach 2 ft to 3 ft of wire mesh to the bottom of chicken coop laid out flat on the ground. Add mulch over the wire and it will stop animals from digging.

Only issue I’ve found with that method is the mesh rusts over time and the mulch is difficult to change out. We’ll upgrade with some timber at the base of the frame to make it sturdier, but in my experience the best way to avoid digging from foxes etc is to move the coop at least 1-2x / week.
