with all the fake weight fitness youtubers and instagram models and whatnot it is really nice so see someone who is actually exceptionally strong for his size and weigh. what a machine.

Nick Bones Nope. I've tried weight lifting program myself and those are not fake weights. Green for 10, yellow 15, 20 blue and 25 red. It's coated with rubber as a design to endure impacts when being dropped.

does every heavy weight lifter develop bow legs over time?
Love the video man. These numbers are achievable. Im 80kg, completed the first half of a smolov program for BS/FS + Deadlift (double overhand and mixed grips). After 7 weeks, 140 to 175kg BS, 120 to 147.5 FS, 125 to 155 DL (dbl overhand) and 150 to 195 mixed grip. If you've trained as long as these guys, you can lift very heavy. Just need to get the loading/deloading phases and periodisation right and you're away. This dude is nuts. Great video boss.
@snakepham
7 жыл бұрын
+Mr Steeze thank you

7 жыл бұрын
Mr Steeze I'm new to this. What is a loading/deloading phase and do you have some programs I could look at? Thanks in advance
@mrsteeze3116
7 жыл бұрын
Yeah for sure. If you are looking at video content on how periodisation works then check out JTS channel or juggernaut training systems. They go through it pretty well and at a simple level. If you're looking online, just search through periodisation of weightlifting and you're bound to find many resources. Simple strength programs to start on are either the 5x5 or 5-3-1 programs. Check them out too.
@Esdru221

Mr Steeze man, you are strong for sure, but these numers are in a completily different league of this weightlifters. Is not achievable for everyone only with effort and time

Andrew Schofield to get strong in that position. Maybe look useless, but that is the position pre yerk and where a lot of people get exausted. Also, you are overloading all the body, tendons, ligaments, Core...all is working
