That intro broke my heart dammit
I remember seeing him live winning gold medal in CJ from the seats in world. He was in B session and discovered during A session that he had the best lift
Dude sits like a samurai before attempting the lift... God damn.
1、2本目落とした時の絶望感はアマチュアからしても相当なのに、国際大会でなんて、想像できない... とりあえず強く生きて欲しい
cant even imagine myself putting 300kg on my back, i would probably fold like a newspaper

凄すぎる。失敗のシーンは見ていて辛い。誰よりも練習してる。 Is Mr.YAMATAK a team staff of weightlifting team in any nation?

The guy throws around some monster weight for sure, but the montage is a little odd I think. Between the snatch and C&J fails, it's apparent that he didn't have as much issue getting out of the hole as he did stabilizing the overhead position. (Caught the snatch, couldn't hold. Immaculate clean, failed the jerk). The odd thing to me is focusing on leg training, which was already perfect, and showing very little of the overhead / shoulder / core training which (in my opinion) came up a bit short on the earlier fails. This is not to detract from the training sessions, that was amazing and showed exactly why he was able to get out of the hole in the initial clean so smoothly.

Maybe he should try Powerlifting instead of Olympic weightlifting looks likes he could get a stronger squat /dead than hes snatch/clean and jerk altho hes clean isnt that bad but snatch is behind competition in his weight class by a decent margin.
