Good to see you! Posting non-holiday recipes is smart, because we've all had that moment at this time of year that goes: "Wait, what am I eating for the next few days? AAAGGGHHHH!" This was a favorite meal of mine in my pre-vegan/pre-vegetarian days, to my shame, with veal tortellini. This is SUCH an improvement. Thanks for posting!

I love Tortellini in Brodo! One of my favorites! And, when I got vegan, that was one of the things that I've never eaten again! Love the recipe, but I'm still tryning to find a tortellini or a cappelletti vegan in Brazil.. for now, not a chance to find one good and tasty, but I still can made one.. kkk. Thanks for the recipe, made me happy and hopefull!

What’s funny is as Italians we eat this every Christmas Eve! 😂 So it’s a holiday recipe for me….my Gram used to make thousands of tortellini by hand, not kidding because we’d have the cheese ones in broth Christmas Eve and meat filled on Christmas Day! I was thrilled when Kite Hill came out with them because they are very labor intensive! Merry Christmas lovely❤✌🏼❤️

You had me at 4 ingredients! I’ve been meaning to try those kite hill tortellini forever, no idea why I haven’t tried it. Love the concept of this series. Tbh, holiday season barely started and I’m already tired 😂 so it’s much needed. Speaking of much needed - this apron!? 😚 🤌🏾
