    Wow he needs to do ASMR videos. He is a very good teacher. Calm, smooth, explains in detail, and encouraging. Love Nyesha's culinary vocab. No one describes a tasting journey like her. So great 1 can be vulnerable enough to share knowledge and 1 can be humble enough to learn. Thanks again Eater.

    This made my heart so full. We see plenty of chefs who love their craft and food, but this man really loves pasta. Seeing him and Nyesha work together was wonderful.

    hes def been learning from some sfoglina in emilia good skills! nothing wrong with machines tho if u have to make a lot. or you are not in your best age. we all used to turn the machine for our granny to stretch the dough nothing wrong with that

    In the first few videos, nyesha was too loud for me, which annoyed me for the format. but she toned that down a little bit, and is a very eager and quick learner, which is on the other hand awesome for this format.
