I think your bible is missing some pages, Romans. Your selective reading of scripture feeds into a frankly psychotic-sounding interpretation of life. You indicate from your line "inserts into her lyrics" that you know Tori, though perhaps you just copy/paste this in reply to all who don't hang Jesus on the cross around their necks and make minor edits to make it fit the video. As Tori said, "SHE is risen," "Muhammad, my friend, we both know it was a girl back in Bethlehem." Go back to your bible. Listen to Esther and Judith. Virtue and valor reside in all beings.

Her conversations are just as fully captivating as her music is. I could sit and listen to Tori Amos play live, or just talk for hours on end. Thank you Billboard and Soul sisters and Tori for this very, to the point, no bullshit, no filter conversation. It really provides a hope, when then American atmosphere feels like it is closing in. I watch this, and I think to myself "these are my people" and it made me ask myself "What am I going to do, to help change and fight for a country held hostage"
