I fished Lake of the Ozarks a while back, the smallest fish we caught that day was four pounds. The east and southeast end of the lake are great. I would like to have to time to fish that whole lake.

I use spinning for light stuff like small crankbaits, flukes, pop'r, spooks etc. I use the baitcaster for heavy duty fishing like worms, jigs, swimbaits and most topwater. Sorry to answer so late.

The California Delta and Lake Fork Texas are about the only places that I think would hold my attention. I know there are alot of great fisheries in the US, but If I had to trade...it would be Lake Fork in Texas.

@Xiofang This particuliar frog needs to be moving to be effective. Unlike a hollow body frog that can be paused, walked and jerked. Good question!

I live in Idaho and can only Fish 3 to 4 months out of the year for bass... I need to move south! Bass the size that you catch down there are extremely rare up here. Been fishing North Idaho waters for years and my biggest is just 5lb 10oz. Still a good fish but thats probably what you catch on a daily basis lol.
