Hi, love the video, I've always found the subject of the mutiny fascinating. I also live 10mins away from Deptford, where the Bounty was fitted out before her fateful voyage. Also a few minutes more from Deptford is Greenwich where the opening scenes of the 1984 film, The Bounty, were filmed.

This was a nice video and we thank you for it! Just in reference to the church, it's not just a place where we have wonderful singing. The church is our family filled with love, Grace and forgiveness from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and that which we project towards one another! What an awesome environment! We would never want to go back and be without Jesus, salvation and the family that we have gained in our local church! All the best for this video again! GOD be with you!!!

The main income for islanders is selling things they have made to cruise ships that pass by. There are also jobs on the island that are paid by the government. Running the store, the post office, maintaining the roads etc. All you really need money for is power, internet and food (most of which you can grow or catch yourself)

If we went and lived there which one thing its quite and totally Beautiful but we would want to have a 7-11 around the corner or Walmart and Starbucks etc.. the other thing is what happens if someone falls ill?? or they are in need for Dialysis or had a heartattack or a appendix rupture, i dont thing their Health clinic would be able handle such a crisis, they prolly just a general clinic to give shots and stuff. It takes a ship 2 week from NZ to get there.. and another 2 weeks to get to a hospital.. you will have a flat line body arriving to NZ.

Nice video. How are you all doing there now that there are no cruise ships coming by due to the pandemic?

I am not on the island at the moment. I am in contact with them and they are surviving as well as they always have :)

I know what you should do: On this rocky bay in 7:50 there should be a large natural swimming pool dug out, with rock walls and sea water inside. What is the use of living on an island without swimming options.

New Zealand is a very close link for Pitcairn. Many have Nz passports and family in NZ. ANZAC day is also commemorating Pitcairn islanders that have fought in all wars

Everything comes from New Zealand on a ship once every 3 months. They normally buy things online and get them sent to the shipping company to get to them. Talk about snail mail!
