A good trick is to keep a list of stuff that you forgot when you go riding. Just keep adding to the list each time you forget something and eventually you'll never forget anything 👍

Eventually you have enough spare parts to build a new bike in the event of catastrophic failure 🤣🤣

As I do with Jay's content, I made a list. This is NO USE without the video to understand it (so watch it if you didn't) - but is good to print and put on your wall/book etc. (at least that's what I do). 1. Air Filter 2. Oil 3. Coolant 4. Chain 5. Front Suspension Air Bleed/Pressure 6. Fuel 7. Tires 8. Control check 9. Brake Pads 10. Bolt Check 11. Spoke Check 12. Gear Bag

I like airing up my tires to 18-20 psi right before loading because it's usually in the morning when it's cooler. Then all I have to do when I get to the track and the bike is consistent to any change in temp, I then just let air out and it's golden.

Looking at spoke wrenches, how important is it to torque them using spoke torque (damn expensive) v using the normal (think that's about tight) non torque wrench. Couldn't tell what you used in the video?
