After removing the additional kitchen, we called that room beirut because it looked like the deveatation after that big explosion went off. Your videos gave me the confidence to tackle the wall repairs in "Beirut" and it turned out great. My 4 year old loves her new room.

When cleaning up mud tools, what precations are needed to avoid plumbing problems?
@TheOfficialDjProduct
7 ай бұрын
Clean them outside with a garden hose. Find either a area of grass you don't care about or gravel. Buy a garden hose nozzle so you can control when you spray the water and also adds pressure to get the tools cleaner. It's pretty much never a good idea to clean them in a bathtub/shower/ or sink. If you don't have a garden hose, fill up a 5 gallon bucket inside, get a large sponge you'd find at home depot or some large brush. Clean with the bucket of water and dump it outside. Don't wash mud into your plumbing and don't dump it down storm drains (illegal).

Properly nailed corner bead, check with a drywall knife against each wall. if the bead is out furthest and tapers into the wall on each side its good so that space can get filled with mud and its all tight to the bead. Metal should still be visible on on the bead itself when finished

I just sand in little circle's. Then when it looks stupid when I'm done I just say hey it's not my house with a stupid grin to try and make people think I don't care. But the grin really just makes me look stupid and I do care I'm actually defeated on the inside and I feel worthless
