Childhood trauma no1
I haven’t been outside in 12 years due to extreme anxiety and severe agoraphobia. I try to remain positive but I’ve missed out on so much and now I’m just existing from one day to the next.

I’m so sorry. I know how you feel. Can u get help? It really does work. I had to find help for myself, I was where you are. Can you contact a Public Health Service? Many church organizations offer free counseling. God bless you.
