Can you do a video on avoidant personality disorder? I have had crippling anxiety all of my life and am alone. Therapy helped very little and the numerous med classes I have tried all had side effects I could not tolerate. I am not formally diagnosed with AVpD but it all fits as to why I have suffered all of my life with this. I am unable to date and have a very hard time holding on to jobs. Among other things. Even the one place I have gone to consistently for over a decade causes me much distress to this day. It never seems to get better. Been to my synagogue probably a 1000 times in the last 11 years and the anxiety still persists to where I want to just up and leave.
