Do you have to be engaged before getting the visa? We were going to wait until the visa gets approved to engage and then marry shortly after. I assumed engagement is kind of informal and thats its more important to just have an intent to marry, thanks.

Thank you for your videos. My medical was late after interview so I was refused, however it was sent over on the 1st of this month and we got approved on the 2nd. Ever since the 2nd our CEAC have been saying approved. How long do you think we’ll have to wait until it gets issued? I’m from Jamaica 🇯🇲

I got denied b1b2 twice (did not declare bf) last denial was last week. My boyfriend and I decided to go with K1 visa will the past denial affect the K1 application?

Hi I was applying a tourist visa but I was denied. Because of the e 3rd question is. Do you have work? I was answering it honestly that I have and the he denied me. What happen I cannot understand. I thought they want them to have a job here in the Phil's. And it was a good reason to turning back here in the Phil's. I was so disappointed.and hopeless.

Hello K1 Visa Financial Requirements says that You Need 22000$ Income per year. My Fiancee's most recent tax returns income is 10000$ when she last filed it. Now she earns around 35000$. So what can be done? She already submitted all required documents during 129-f form. Is there something can be done? During my Visa interview or before it? Or my Application might denied because of this?

I had an Interview in Morocco Visa K1 I answered all the questions and I have all the documents, but in the end the officer gave me a piece of paper written on it (your visa is refused under 221g and your case will be returned to uscis

I had interview on 12 November for k1 Visa in Dhaka Bangladesh. At interview I got 221g green paper and they kept my passport. On 27 November I got email that my visa refuesd and sent back to USCIS for possible revocation pursuant. Now do I still have any hope in this case to get approved the visa? And they also gave me back my passport.

Please am a beneficiary of k1 visa but on my ds 160 form there was a question that ask for r/ship with petitioner and I put spouse, I also filled that we had a common law marriage of which what we had was just an introduction of both family,because after his last visit I realised I was pregnant and my people insisted on meeting his people since he was not in the country, I hope this wouldn't affect my application?looking forward to hear from you
