This is one of the reason am taking my time to pick a program of study. My company can easily give me a 2 yr study leave if I study a course in line with what I currently do for the company and the proposed course is planned to improve my delivery. Other ties are good to go. When am ready, I know my visa application will approved immediately by God's grace. Thanks bro for your videos. They're informative and helpful.

Please advise on how to best proof home ties in my situation. I have a registered business in Nigeria and am now in the UK with my wife on a postgraduate visa. She is trying to get a student visa to Canada. I've already added her as a proprietor to the company I own in Nigeria, even though I don't get salary from the business and she doesn't get paid. However, I have multiple projects and an online presence to demonstrate the company's existence. She is currently working in the United Kingdom for more than a year now.

why would the visa officer have a little bit of suspision when your HR gives a recomendation letter...didnt get that part well, can you explain please?

So if a person has a bsc in marketing and currently running a fashion business, would you suggest the choice of course match the current(fashion entrepreneur)for both professional and personal development rather than choosing a program for the later (marketing). The most important thing is aligning your course of study to your previous history. So long as you can make a strong case that the intended course will improve your skillset for entrepreneurial advancement or career advancement, you can go ahead. Several courses offered in colleges and universities will suit what you described.

my mother health is not the best but also not that bad , she has problems in he spine , can I use that as proof of home ties , keep in mind my parents are financially independent , they do not need me as bread winner ???

The school extended the admission to next fall due to delay response from IRCC can i use that to apply for new next fall admission, with old acceptance later

Your question is circular. You already had your admission extended. That means you wouldn't need to apply for a new admission.

What about for a work visa,,I have a job offer plus LMiA approval,,is family ties needed,,

You can use the job offer and LMIA to apply for your work visa. Pls do your due diligence to be sure that your employer is legit

Please how many aspects do you have to present about your home ties, can I present home and work on the same statement to boast tye chances of approval?

You must not forge things you don't have. It is not compulsory to write on assets when you have none. Focus on what you have and write to cover just those.

It is recommended you apply for the visa officer's notes so you can read the fine details of the refusal decision. It helps you to address all the concerns and re-apply

Your family back home becomes your ties. The fact that you have parents, siblings back home, that is enough motivation to return to.them once your complete the very purpose for which you travelled abroad
