You cannot change your visa, but you can apply for a work permit if you have an LMIA approved offer letter. Search related topics online. There is an abundance of information online.

How do you prove the family ties? Is it verbal or? When and how do you bring it up if they dont ask you?

For a first time UK tourist visa applicant, Is it compulsory to add your flight details on the itinerary as a proof that you'd be back to your home country, Even when you haven't been approved yet? I really don't know what to do. If I skip writing down my flight details will it still be okay?

No it’s not. You can still be denied a visa even with a valid fully paid flight ticket.

A strong tie is not necessarily something you say. It is a circumstance that explains who you are, what you do and what you own. Yes, you can present several documents to support your proof of ties.

Don’t listen to them. I am single and have never been denied a US visa due to my status. Feel free to mention (when asked whether you are single or married), that you’re dating and engaged to be married. What you need to show is how relevant this conference is to what you do, that you plan to stay for a short while and that you have a life back home to return to. By partnership, do you mean that you and your father own the business? If you both run a thriving business, then yes, that qualifies as a tie.

@@aishwaryaverma6997 I am not sure I understand what this means. Provide your CAC registration documents for your business, up to date filings, plus bank statement in support of your application. Your application will be assessed on its merit. I cannot determine that.
