Mizrahi is a designer and I think he was asking to feel the dress at a wrong time. He should have asked first so I’m not justifying that, but in other circumstances what he was doing was fine. You can hear him say “taking notes for the next time I make a red dress.” Mizrahi is also gay. When you consider the circumstances it makes sense but was poorly timed. He should have asked later about the dress.
