***** you can't use an open palm in junoirs because it is called a lift or catch. The reason why refs will call this is because it is like you are throwing the ball.

lol there is a big difference, cartoon is based on USA production for TV for kids as Tom & Jerry etc, Japan has they own art style you can see a plenty of differences there and it's not supposed to be all for kids, it has plenty of genres which are 18+. Plus they trying to avoid CGI they are trying to draw it manually...
