    Kudos for the video content! Excuse me for chiming in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you thought about - Weydaniel Organized Dominator (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a good one off guide for getting 7000 plus project management and business templates without the headache. Ive heard some super things about it and my friend Sam at last got astronomical results with it.

    Hi Jennifer, I'm a Technical Architect and moving towards Project management too... Your videos are very helpful to understand the process and actual responsibilities. Do you help me providing some knowledge about diverting from Technical Architect to Project Management?

    I enjoy your videos, they are short, concise, and easy to follow. However, I think you can make them better by adding a short and quick run- through of how to do such things in MS project....just a though

    Believe it or not I had to put my neck on the line to get a copy of MS project 2013 (professional) at a client because everyone was into Excel. They never looked back after you show them how Project creates baseline status in real time

    It would be nice but this channel is promoting their own web based software / service (rightfully so) and it's highly unlikely that they will demonstrate a run through on a competitor's tools. Just my 2 cents! ☺

    Thanks for this presentation! Looks like time sheet and resource work load are using for the same purpose, can we simplify this into single report?

    I thought so too but perhaps there are resources that we will not have to collect timesheets for 😕. Further elaboration on this report is needed.

    @@stephanie6416 I think the way it makes sense is that Timesheet Report strictly tracks time spent while the Resource Workload report tracks other resources of the project which may include Equipment, Facility, Licenses etc.

    What's the difference between Time-sheet and resource work load?

  • @aussielynx

    @aussielynx

    Resource workloads are different to teamsheet. Resource workload is used to balance the emplyees usage between different responsibilities on a job or project, whereas a teamsheet records who is in charge and times different deliverables. They can be seen the same, but the information is the difference. (not in the video)
