Seems like this video is more geared towards the high end buyer out of all the places that are well worth living is Somerset due to its location and its close proximity to Reno, but if you really want I would even go up to Verdi they have some nice new builds. South Reno is just a mess with traffic and how far it’s out from anything. I feel like a honorable mention should’ve been caughlin ranch and the lakeside skyline area.

These are definitely more expensive areas for sure, you are right. Verdi is pretty expensive too and there isn't much out there. Nice homes though, I just sold one in the new community by Valley Community homes. You are also right about Caughlin Ranch, it is a really awesome neighborhood. I named it top 5 neighborhoods, so I had to stick to five. But, if I had to add another, Caughlin Ranch would be up there.

Hello David! I enjoy your real estate video info. Don't forget about "Cold Springs"! The building is in its last phase on the east side. We have a new Junior High School and a soon to open a large two story Primary School. Shortly new construction on the opposite side of 395 with 5000 homes going in, a Renown facility, retail business area, a new high school, a Sheriffs sub Station and various other undefined businesses. Despite having the Elementary and Junior High School there is a huge population of retired senior citizens and a large amount of Law Enforcement here. Cold Springs will be the new retail area for California residents to shop at in lieu of Lemmon Valley as well as Nevada residents.

I am actually going out to Cold Springs tomorrow for a potential listing. I think Cold Springs is a great place to live and I like it a lot. But, as you have mentioned that stuff hasn't been built yet. I am excited to see Cold Springs change in the near future!

@@DavidTully775 perhaps you've only saw the older part of town in lieu of all the new and well hidden one and two story homes, a huge park, our local diner adjacent to the park etc.

@@rjackson5307 The newer neighborhood is nice, I have seen it all. I have sold some of the new lifestyle homes. It's a nice area for sure.

Great content but please provide a map in the background so we can see where these areas are compared to downtown Reno. It will be great if you add links to the available houses in each of these areas as well (in all your great videos!)

Caughlin Ranch is a really great neighborhood too. There are many great neighborhoods in the area.

I’m from Sacramento. I moved to Sparks in a nice area. It has luxury apartments & Golf Courses 😭

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with Sparks, it’s a great place! I own a house in Sparks as well.
