    I have been researching on this exact concern. From my preliminary analysis, aircraft sounds are more prominent if you'd be directly on the flight path. EXPO being on the side of the airport and flight path by a few kilometers away I believe the sound levels will be negligible. Another point to note, residences in Dubai have a soundproofing level of 30 dB, where as in EXPO City the residences are soundproofed to the level of 80 dB. This was to keep in light of the concerts that happen at the Wasl Dome. Also they have a the land on the border of the community elevated from the ground level, built to deflect sounds from roads.

    The landfill in front of the Valley, i heard from an Emaar Sales that they doing are JV with Meeras. is that correct ? is it common for developers to do JV

    Both Dubai Hills Estate and Dubai Creek Harbour we're JVs between Emaar & Meraas until Emaar bought out the full venture
