I wish this had come out in January. Working fast and furiously on Halloween and Christmas designs now.
absolutely incredible info! thank you so much
Very Very helpful! Thank you so much, Cassidy!
I wish I could afford your course; I started POD due to huge vet bills and it's been 7 months w/out any sales. I appreciate and follow your advice as well as 1 other POD high achiever and am just accumulating more debt w/Printify and Etsy. It's probably time to cut my losses. Continued success to you and everyone else out there!

Do you watch Shawna? She has the best actionable advice. I’ve only made 10 sales so far but I haven’t taken it seriously yet. I would watch her niche research and esp design tutorials. Best of luck

Thanks Cassiy! Do you recommend listing t-shirts and sweatshirts with the same design separately?
YES! JUST WHAT I NEEDED, TY!!!
Thanks, Cassiy, and your course sounds really good. I am kind of confused by the advice to list now for niche’s that are selling now, but also 2-3 months in advance. Which should be more of a priority? Also I wonder if you still use Bella Canva as your main tshirt or have you switched to something else? And would you put a design on all three: Bella Canva tshirt, Gildan sweatshirt, and comfort colors tshirt? I’ve been doing all three but too soon to tell what works best. Thanks for uploading and all you do xx

I would make equal a focus for sure as both are really important parts. If you are just now starting then I would focus the first few weeks on what's selling now to try to get some early wins but then switch to working on upcoming holidays as being ready in advance for those will help your store to grow a ton! Lots of stuff sells around he holidays though, not just Christmas themed stuff, make sure you are also posting things that would make great gifts like items about hobbies and professions are great examples!
I appreciate you for sharing this, excellent!
Awesome as usual!!
thats amazing, ty for sharing
very helpful, worth the watch

ill definitely try that, thanks!

Hi Cassiy, how are you? I have seen your trademarker video and I would like to ask you if buying a license for example from shutterstock would have problems with Etsy?
great content. ty
Any tip would be greatly appreciated. I am in the process of opening Etsy account. I did the verify bank account through plaid part and am stuck there. The $0.01 to be deposited by Etsy to bank (NoVo) has not occurred for over a week. Is this normal? The email sent said it should take 3-5 days and gave some dates. We are past all of those.
Quick question. I opened a etsy shop a year ago and listed about 10 items then fell off the wagon and haven't listed in months. I'm starting back now after doing much more research and study. Is it possible to bring the shop I started out of the trenches or should I start new with another?

When creating these designs to sale now, do you uploaded the right away or do you order a sample first?

80% of designs don’t sell so I wouldn’t order samples of everything you list
Nice. thanks for sharing
It says in the USA so these niches are not the same number as when you are from Europe?
When you post a design on a tshirt, do you post the sweatshirt option separately? 2 different listings? Or does the listing focus on the design? Sizes and types of products it is printed on, are an option on each listing?

Hi Cassiy, I just signed up for your course, super excited to go through it. However, the login in link in the email, doesn't go to a "create account" section. I replied on the email but just in case you check this first, can you guide me on how to Create an Account? thanks! ~ Raeanne
I don’t understand how these new listings in saturated niches like back to school rank and sell so quickly after listing. None of my listings show in searches and no one even sees my listings.
Do u recommend starting a new shop after I stopped posting consistently Or will I still get traction on the same store? Someone please help!
@CassiyJohnson
12 күн бұрын
Just keep the same store you have, no big deal to get it going again! It just usually takes 2-3 months of posting consistently to start really seeing the results because it can take a few weeks for listings to really start ranking! Don’t overthink it, just find some niches that are popular, add value with your designs and you’ll be great ❤️
You guarantee it? That’s a pretty bold statement. Are you willing to back that up?
TY!!! AWESOME

FOr the August thing, what most people miss I feel that peak in August is probably half POD sellers planning for Halloween.

It is for sure hard to account for those types of things so these numbers aren't a 100% representation but you do start to see sales for those types of items around that time! I've sold 6 ornaments this week myself for example
I'm new to print on demand and I have a question. I've been doing some research about POD and prices, profit etc. OK lets say I made a nice T-shirt and I'm selling it for $24.95. OK I sell one and then after the charges from Printify and the fees from Esty, what would I get paid?
@CassiyJohnson

Here are a few videos I think would be helpful for you! 1. How to price your print on demand items: kzread.info/dash/bejne/Yqeqs9uOnJrKgcY.htmlsi=D2jmZqa31DujjzAf 2. How to track your income/expenses to see how much profit you are making kzread.info/dash/bejne/f5Nk2rSgnsu_otI.htmlsi=29U_LXadMmGFrzI0 There are lots of Etsy profit calculators out there, I think Alura has one for free that you can use. You will type in your selling price of $24.95 and then type in how much you have to pay Printify for printing the item, and then it'll tell you how much you get to keep as profit. I do have an income/expense report I sell for $20 that has a Etsy calculator built in as well as a place for you to track everything that you spend your money on. The second video I recommended takes you on a full tour! Hope this helps!

@@CassiyJohnson I watched it, I was just asking for a rough estimate about how much I'd make?
@TYGod2011
16 күн бұрын
@@QuizWhizTube57 that would be different depending on which provider you choose, which t-shirt you choose, size comes into play, is it personalized, have you upgraded so you can have a higher profit margin etc. I'm sure she has a video somewhere that will give you a rough estimate to what your profit would be based on a specific shirt used and she also has a spread sheet you can use to put all your data in and you'll see exactly what your profit would be currently. Good luck!!
@CassiyJohnson

@@QuizWhizTube57 Most shirts you would make around a $6-$7 profit margin if you're selling it for $25 if that gives you a better idea!

It's an ok video, not sure why you'd show the design to only blur it out. I know you're giving stats but they mean nothing if we can't see the style. I really like your channel, this video didn't help much tho.
Hi! Do you know how to put in the same listing t-shirts and sweatshirts?
@CassiyJohnson
23 күн бұрын
I don't have a video about that specifically but it would be the same idea as this group shirt tutorial, but you would add sweatshirts as one of the options. kzread.info/dash/bejne/e5x82bWwmcTUY84.htmlsi=HrlgIdMLUj81ut5F You also will need to add all of the colors names for the shirts and the sweatshirts, and then in the variations, turn off the colors that are only for sweatshirts and only for shirts on each variation. Also then the listings because super manual because they aren't connected to Printify unless you copy and paste a million sku numbers... so honestly you can but I don't recommend going this route. I would just list them as separate listings! Then you show up in the search results multiple times when they are searching as well

2 and 5 are products, not niches, to be fair 😊
This is great if you want to have a shop like everyone else on Etsy and want to sell 100s of one cheap product to make any money. These courses are a scam and these sellers are unoriginal. Be original and form your own niche market and don’t piggy back on all these other me too businesses.
