Shawna's Journey To $1.5 Million In Sales On Etsy (Actionable Tips For New Sellers!)

After having a really slow start with Print On Demand, and only getting 100 sales in her first 6 months, she turned it all around. She joined my mentorship program when she had sold $100,000 and took everything I had to teach and ran with it and now has sold over 1.5 million on Etsy in 3.5 years! Check out this tell all interview where she shares what worked for her and how you can implement what she's learned in your very own store!

Hi, ladies! I’ve been following Shawna’s way of picking a niche, gathering all the best tags etc and doing all the research and the design. Then just scaling out from there as much as I can and combine with other niches as I go. Very efficient way imo, but I don’t have 100 sales in six months nor 1000 designs, but videos like this make me want to just keep going. Thank you xx

Thanks ladies, hearing the listing numbers you guys aimed for eg 500 Christmas listings is inspiring, gives me some concrete goal posts instead of just having a flaky idea of what I need to put in. Also just remembering that it is more of a long game to keep the overwhelm at bay!

Biggest takeaway is you have to payoff the ignorance debt! Do more = learn more = become profitable. Business succeeds with the compounding effect. The only time this doesn’t apply is when you don’t have time. In that case, you pay someone to teach you or to do it for you. Awesome content! Thank you.

Thank you for such an insightful and realistic video. I love how we can see that Shawna speaks with so much honesty and is so genuine in her words of encouragement while still being realistic. I resonated with so much of what she said and it really hit me hard on the topic of being someone who takes no for an answer and stays consistent because one believes it is POSSIBLE to achieve that which one is striving for. Loved this interview ❤. Thank you Cassidy

Thank you Cass and Shawna! I have been watching you guys since 2022 and what you guys share is really valuable! I can really relate to this video and feeling overwhelmed at times working 16+ hours a day. I can often get overwhelmed by trying to be everything for everyone and then I start to spiral out and end up not actually listing items....lol. I really need to create a schedule from MR-Designing-Listing-AD management-SM....Can you guys do a day in the life of...or how you schedule out your days..I am a little over 200 sales after almost 2 years. I am realizing that my designs are too busy and that I need to spend more time on Etsy and learning what the design aesthetic is. Love learning from you guys!!!

First I love both of you alls openness, transparency and knowledge. I started my store in August chasing the Back to School niche but obviously very late. My question for you all is, I understand the power of a general store, however, how do you not end up with a niche store once you double down on what works in a given niche?

Hi Cassiy! Thank you so much for such informative content! I learn a lot from you. Just had a question. So when you say 500 Christmas listings, you mean the listings should just be focused on Christmas theme? Or does it mean to have at least about 500 listings in niches that are in demand and not necessarily has Christmas theme or colors? (Excuse my screen name, at some point my son logged into my account and all my content is under here now lol). Thank you, Nonika.
